On Monday morning at 3 am, I logged on to find that less than an hour previously Miura Haruma had died by his own hand. Numb and shock are the best words to describe what I was feeling. The news footage videos and the articles were all saying the same things. As I headed off to work, Ceki and Dojemi10 let MDL know with this article.
I, too, wanted to contribute. For me, as a writer, it helps with the grieving process. Even though I did not know the man, personally, I enjoyed all the works I had seen with him in it, and it saddened me to think there would be no more coming from him.
I first saw Miura Haruma inTaisetsu na Koto wa Subete Kimi ga Oshiete Kureta and instantly knew he was an actor I had to follow. Since then I have completed Crows Zero 2, Gokusen 3, Gokusen: The Movie, From Me to You, The Eternal Zero, Gintama 2: Rules Are Meant To Be Broken, 14-sai No Haha, Bloody Monday, Bloody Monday 2, Last Cinderella, Tourist, and Dying Eye with many more still on my PTW.
I have also seen his episodes of Arashi ni Shiyagare (233) and both episodes he was on of VS. Arashi (Ep. 244, 318). The Fan Guide will come first and then the tribute and testimonials afterward so you can skip to the part you are most interested in if you are not inclined to read the whole article.
Here is his previous ultra fan guide written by Mirichan, April 5, 2013.

Early life and Debut
Since he was 4 years old, he was in a child actor troop called "Tsukuba branch of Actors Studio". His acting debut was in the drama special adaption of the Novel Agri in 1997 at the age of 7 years old. His first starring role was as Taiyo Sasaki in the 2006 film Catch a Wave.
He went on for the next 14 years making great movies, television series, and drama specials. You can find his full filmography here.

Previous Guides by me:
Now for the Tribute part of the article, it includes information that has been revealed over the past few days and MDL reactions and Celebrity reactions.
A local neighbour looking back on Miura's childhood. "I still remember the innocent appearance of Haruma-kun kicking and running around a soccer ball in front of his home when he was in elementary school. ..." (source)
Actresses Kawashima Umika (26) and Kyoko Yoshine (23) sent a memorial message on their SNS to Haruma Miura, who died at the age of thirty, saying "Older brother...".
Kawashima, who was the younger sister in the TBS drama Bloody Monday, said, "For me, it was my brother. He was very kind, friendly, and showed a lot of big backs in various works. I do not want to believe it, but now I can't stop crying as I write this sentence... I wanted to co-star again... Please take a gentle rest and pray for your soul." (source)
Mentalist DaiGo (33) posted a video on his YouTube channel on the 18th. The title was "The reason why there are so many [sad incidents of entertainers]" and talked about actor Haruma Miura (30 years old) who died on the same day. (source) (link)
Shirota Yu sings 2 songs to best friend Miura and breaks down on stage. (YT link) (Article with his thoughts)
"Haruma is very straightforward, very self-conscious, easy to get along with, and has a high sense of responsibility for work. He shows the best performances every time, but privately The place is not confident, and the heart is very delicate."
Especially shocked was actor Oguri Shun (37), who loved Miura like his younger brother. Mr. Miura was a member of the popular group "Oguri Kai" sponsored by Oguri. The first time they co-starred was a TV drama series Binbo Danshi that was broadcast from January to March 2008. Mr. Miura was still in high school, but Oguri has been watching [him] since then. A YouTube tribute on the evolution of Miura: "The evolution of Miura Haruma".
While many source cite online bullying as the deciding factor, these two articles allude to something darker and long going behind the scenes in his private life. His parents divorced when he was in elementary school and, even after his mother remarried, he was part of her financial support. At the age of 19, he was having thoughts of leaving show business to do agriculture in his home town, but his mother talked him out of it. These constant clashes between his family and himself caused long-lasting depression and unhappiness. (Article 1) (Article 2) (FB page referenced in Article 2)
May he find peace where he is at now, his fans will never forget all the effort he put into his craft for his entire life. The hole created by his absence that his friends and family must now carry is a huge one.
Rest in Peace
