Best of Korea 2015 Winners!!!
Now I know I'm not the only one who's excited to see the most anticipated drama of the year (partially due to the fact that it's packed with an amazing cast.) If you haven't already heard, Heirs is currently filming in California. After several attempts of trying to stalk them down, I was finally able to get to a filming, where I got to see Park Shin Hye, Kang Min Hyuk, and yes Lee Min Ho. Since I enjoyed it greatly, I figured my friends here at MDL would also love to have a glimpse of what goes into filming a Kdrama. Hope you guys enjoy it
Location: Today's filming took place at the beautiful beaches of Huntington Beach
This is Duke's Huntington Beach restaurant which was rented out for the day. One of Lee Min Ho's scenes was filmed inside.
Park Shin Hye
In this scene, Park Shin Hye has her suitcase in hand and argues with Yoon Jin Seo. Immediately afterwards, both of them get into it. The Yoon Jin Seo opens Shin Hye's suitcase, throwing everything out and runs away with something. Park Shin Hye is left crying after being unable to catch her. Now I'm not a big fan of Shin Hye, but the poor girl cried for hours. If there is one thing she can do well is cry her heart out.
Lee Min Ho
Lee Min Ho first scene was filmed from inside the restaurant. From what if looked like, he was looking through the window to where Park Shin Hye's scene was taking place. His character has a conversation with some surfer guy who runs outside to where Shin Hye is.
I was able to record a few seconds of the scene. Sorry for the bad angle, but I was recording secretly since we were told not to take any pictures or videos. In this scene the surfer guy who runs out of the restaurant to Park Shin Hye, goes through her luggage which is on the floor and runs away with a plastic bag (not sure if it was filled with money). Both Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho run after him and throw him to the ground. The scene was repeated a few times.
At the filming site Lee Min Ho was practicing on his skateboard.
Lee Min Ho was just adorable practicing his skateboarding. He fell a few times and the fangirls were like "Oppa gwaenchanha" he just smiled at hearing that everyone was worried for him.
Lee Min Ho can play volleyball. After filming, Min Ho played volleyball with the extras at the filming site.
Kang Min Hyuk
Kang Min Hyuk was the last one to get there and I didn't get to see him film. Fangirls started singing CN Blue songs to get his attention. He look over and smiled at us. The girls told him CN Blue needs to come to LA and perform and he just nodded his head.
Overall it was one the best days of my life. The highlighting moment was when Lee Min Ho smiled and waved at us. He is just one handsome man. It was worth faking being sick to leave work early :) I really hope I get to go to the next filming cause I really want to see Choi Jin Hyuk ^^
