Two Weeks Recap Episode 2

MORNING
Blood covers Tae San face. He wakes up and sees Mi Sook's dress drench in blood. He scoots back and touches the bloody knife by accident. He looks around the room. The walls and windows are smeared with blood. Two police officers slowly walks in. They set eyes on Tae San with the bloody knife in his hand. Their guns are aimed. They pinned Tae San to the ground and handcuffed him.

AT THE SAME TIME
Soo Jin bounces on her hospital bed. She excited about her surgery. Her mom, In Hye, and her mom’s fiancé, Seung Woo are enjoying her laughter. Soo Jin tells them she wants to eat candy and chocolate and play soccer after her surgery. Seung Woo picks her up and tells her he’ll take her to the amusement park. His phone rings.

A SEVERAL MINUTES LATER
Tae San is still in his blood soaked shirt. He screams and yells that he did not do it. The arresting officer pulls Ting Ting out Tae San pocket. Chief tells the arresting officer to rip the doll apart. Tae San snatches the Ting Ting back.


ABOUT AN HOUR LATER


Tae San, Soo Jin’s dad, and Seung Woo, In Hye’s fiancé, are face to face.  Tae San ask Seung Woo what happen to Mi Sook. Seung Woo ignores him. He writes his report and refuses to answer Tae San question. Then he asks Tae San why did he murder Mi Sook. Tae San is shocked. He thought she was still alive. Tae San tells Seung Woo he went over Mi Sook's house because his boss told him she call and she was sick.


COUPLE HOURS LATER
Tae San’s boss and co-worker are in the police station. They give Seung Woo false statement. They tell Seung Woo that Tae San never return back to work.  

SEVERAL MINUTES LATER
Seung Woo tells Tae San that his boss and co-worker told him a different story. Tae San asks Seung Woo to check the CCTV cameras at the storage place and his work. Both CCTV cameras are missing or out dated. Seung Woo asked Tae San what was he doing between 11 am – 3 pm earlier that day. He tells him he was at the hospital. 

SAME TIME
Senator Jo is in her office watching the news. Mi Sook’s house is on the news. She shock to see the house on the news. 

DAY BEFORE THE MURDER
Tae San boss complains about him. He is the reason why his business is not doing well. He tells his boss about a girl name Oh Mi Sook. She is crazy about Tae San. Mr. Moon becomes furious. His phone starts ringing. He still ranting and raving about his girlfriend, Mi Sook. His bodyguard tells him Senator Jo is on the phone.
Senator Jo yells at Mr. Moon because his girlfriend was aspy for the prosecution. She wants him to handle the situation.

Mi Sook rushes home. She grabs her suitcase. Mr. Moon blocks her way. He grabs her by the hair and drags her back in her apartment. He scowls at her. Her eyes are watery. Mr. Moon becomes angrier and angrier.  Then he snatches the knife out of his bodyguard’s belt. She stabs her over and over again saying “my heart, my heart”


PRESENT DAY
At night, Senator Jo and Mr. Moon sit in a car near the river. She tells him it was unwise to use Tae San. Tae San is connected to him and Prosecutor Park is after her. She tells him to get rid of Tae San.

MEANWHILE
At the police station, Seung Woo tries to convince Tae San to confess. In Hye walks in the police station a few seconds after Tae San is taken back to his cell. In Hye delivers dinner to her fiancé, Seung Woo. 

HOUR LATER
Tae San’s fingerprints are all over Mi Sook’s house. The only finger prints they found were Mi Sook and Tae San. Then Seung Woo tells him they found drugs in his blood. Tae San check his arm. He finds a bruise near his wrist.

AT THE SAME TIME
In Hye is back at the hospital. Soo Jin drawing a picture. She asks her mom where she first met her dad. In Hye remembers the first day she met Tae San.

More than Eight years ago
Tae San's friend drags him to the show. His friend wants to find out if the mermaid (In Hye) is real or a statue. She is covered in gold paint. He grabs her breast. After the show, she grabs every man in a black suit. Then she finally finds Tae San and slaps him twice. 

PRESENT DAY


In Hye puts Soo Jin, her daughter to bed.

AT THE SAME TIME
Tae San sits in his jail cell. He imagines that his daughter, Soo Jin, sits beside him. He tells her about his problem. But tell her not to worry because he will tell the prosecutor about her. So he will be there for her surgery.


LATER THAT NIGHT
A prisoner tries to strangle Tae San. Tae San struggle toget up. He rolls the man over. Now Tae San is on top. He punches the man over and over again. The attacker tells the police that Tae San tried to strangle him. Tae San shows the police the marks on his neck. But the police doesn’t believed him. Tae San grabs the attacker by the neck and ask him if Moon Il Suk sent him.



FEW MINUTES LATER
Mr. Moon and Senator Jo receive the news that their plan failed. Both of them start throwing things.




Tae San’s friend, Man Suk, returns from his trip with his girlfriend.

MORNING
Man Suk visit his friend in jail. Tae San ask Man Suk to find out what happen to Mi Sook. 


AT THE SAME TIME
Seung Woo and In Hye are in the pediatrician office. Seung Woo worries and wonders what will happen if the donor does not show. She tells him Soo Jin will die. The pediatrician tells him that everything will be fine. 


FEW HOURS LATER
Prosecutor Kyung returns from her Chicago trip. She checks her e-mai. She reads the message Mi Sook sent to her. Her assistant tells her she got another message from Kim Tae Hee. She stops everything and leaves her office immediately.


AT THE SAME TIME
Seung Woo and Tae San are in the interrogation room. Seung Woo asks Tae San why he tried to choke himself. Seung call him a piece of trash and leaves the room. Seung Woo tells his colleagues that Tae San might be going for the insanity case. Chief tell Seung Woo to send Tae San to the prosecutor. Chief told him he had to do it because it's his father's orders.

AN HOUR LATER
Prosecutor Kyung searches for Mi Sook. She is not at her plan meeting place. Kyung calls her assistant to check Mi Sook’s house. Her assistant went to her house. 

SEVERAL MINUTES LATER
Kyung drives her car. Her assistant gives her the terrible news. Her young friend, Mi Sook, was murdered. She remembers how innocent Mi Sook is and how anxious she was to help her. She starts crying and wailing. She makes a sharp u-turn in the street.



AT THE SAME TIME
The police guards drives Tae San to the prison. Kyung speeds in the opposite direction. She zooms by the police van. Her speeding cause a chain reaction. A dump truck hits the police van. A motorcyclist loses his balance. Tae San is the only conscious person in the police van. He grabs a towel. He hears the people voices outside the van. He remembers the most important thing in the world to him, Soo Jin. He takes Ting Ting out of his pocket and looks at it. Then he wraps the towel around his handcuffs arms. He escapes on the motorcycle and drives off. 



AT THE SAME TIME
His daughter, Soo Jin, makes a countdown calendar.
