As Beautiful As You and Fireworks of My Heart are both based on novels written by the same author, Jiu Yue Xi / ???. The novels are also connected -- Xiao Yixiao, a very important character in both the dramas is actually the same person in the original novels.

Workplace/business romance. The Female leads have relationships which end then their business relationship with the male leads evolve into a romance.
