Yumi's Cell 2 (2022)

Both deal with animation.
Both romances.
Both have love triangles.
Both fun and lighthearted.

Extraordinary You has more storylines and characters. It's more fantasy based and magic based, while Yumi Cells (2) is about inner feelings and thoughts. But they both have the same Webtoon feel (probably because they were both Webtoons/ have Webtoons in their plots).

They Both have romance at work and they are at office settings. ....................................................................

One of my favorite quotes that really made me think came from Yumi Cells "relationships teach us more about ourselves than the other person". Both have very strong relationships that were not meant to be.

• Both have FLs who are writers.
•Both focus a lot on family and friendships
•Both have similar colourful vibe and a sweet ost
•Both dive into the minds of the FL (in Yumi’s cell it’s literal but in BTIMFL it’s a metaphorical dive in her mind)

Because This is My First Life is a very realistic approach to contract marriages. But BTIMFL focuses more on the romance while Yumi’s Cells focuses on life more. Both are realistic and feel good dramas. Must Try!
