I recommend this both drama because , Male lead and Female lead
try to solve problem
In one drama explosion and another student murder/suicide

The female lead has the same personality and character and Bok Joo and the same male lead. They are both sport related and the is a huge friendship theme.

Both Dramas are about Youth , a group of people trying to follow their dreams with a little bit of romance

Both are sports focused romance.Fl is ambitious and is like a prodigy in both. Character focused and slice of life like

They both have settings way back in high school.
They have the same concept of going back to back with present and past.
Both have superior line up of OST.
Chemistry of among the leads are on top.

They really have the same vibes.
Female Lead Characters are both Cute and Sassy. They also have the same Genre Friendship,Youth,Romance and Drama.

Reply 1988 is set in 1988 while Twenty Five Twenty One is set in 1998.

The story talks about the same era and kinda the vibe is the same. But totally different genre. 2521 is more friendship and rom com, but Youth of may is more relationship and drama also with a sad ending! We still dont know if 2521 will give us a sad ending or a happy one?!

Firstly, the leading male role is played my Nam Joo-hyuk.
And both the series make us wonder about our dreams.

Time setting was also before '00.
The drama was about girls friendship, family struggle, and romance.
The FL was Bona (Go Yurim's actress) and she was really awesome in this one too!

The best thing i loved about both these dramas are how beautifully they portrayed a story with beautiful emotions, both these dramas will give you butterflies, Keep your tissues ready for both the dramas to cry with happy tears.

Both dramas are simillar in terms of genres, with intensive training, the will to continue pursuing dreams despite many obstacles, along with powerful acting and slow burning chemistry that develops over the course of the entire plotline.

Great and memorable, yet remarkably different soundtracks with a mix of international, but universal tones.

The one thing that will be different is the portrayal of the entire cast, due to opposite cultures. Nevertheless unforgettable moments and quotes will be present for sure!

The mls also have a similar softness and personality, though bark yejin was more mature as he was older

But the times of nostalgia and youthful energy are the same too, eventho one is a time traveling drama and the other is a reminiscing about the past
