I'm not saying that this is the same, I just thinks that if you take the insane people in this , well you can find their counterpart in don't hesitate, and it also carries that unconditional love kinda of scent.
Don't hesitate is about Soo Hyun a girl who makes the ultimate sacrifice for her first love, Min Young by donating her kidney to save his life. Then she gets betrayed. Her best friend, Sun Ah, seduces and steals Min Young away from her. Devastated by the betrayal, she meets Tae Woo,who is determined to not let anyone close to his heart.

Again if you just take it as a all then they don't have much in common if just the amnesia part. Ji Hyung is engaged to a woman chosen by his family, but he loves Seo Yeon, who he has been dating for years with the understanding that their relationship would last only until Ji Hyung’s marriage. The wedding date is set, the two break up, heartbroken Seo Yeon starts to forget things, first just the small one but its soon escalate to more important things that alarm her. As Seo Yeon’s memory loss becomes more severe, she learn an life shattering true and Ji Hyung must choose.

Same main plot Idea , In both the female lead has amnesia , ending losing the past 10 years of her life , including her husband and how she fill in love with him , and the journey in order to rediscover the lost love .

The male leads seem similar, ordinary men who are a bit simple but kind and warm hearted. Both are also comical characters.

Similar storyline. Wife loses memory, only remembering her childhood/ young adult years. Her husband is left to try and make her remember their life together and get her to come back to him.

Both main FM and M have age gap
They have children, in BS its only amnesia
Well the story also develop quick for the romance.

both male lead is not smart but love the female lead, it really make me tear up while watching both of the drama .......

both drama has similarity like the main character loses his memory
in both dramas there is a child from the main character
both of them has great plot too

In both, one of the parents wants to take the child to the other parent.
in both, one of the parents did not know they had a child and do not like the other father.
