story of co workers and neighbours living in the same apartments, the male lead is the tenant of the female lead, the female lead doesnt know that. additional plot of childhood sweetheart and connections, strong female lead.

Both are workplace drama with ML is more senior and FL is less experienced.

Main similarities:
-In both dramas, the FL & ML are each other's party B and party A respectively.
-Both FLs work with designing/marketing/advertising in a smaller and less known company.
-ML is someone with a high position within their company.
-Although both MLs seem kind of aloof and cold, they are both quite quirky and fun in their own ways. That is to say, they aren't just cold, indifferent, and one-sided personalities.
-Both FLs are quirky and charming people who will make you laugh, but they are also hardworking and know when to stand up for themselves.
-The story has multiple couples and side characters with their own story.

Main differences:
-PAWLBM is more about the FL journey at work and how she develops to become a better designer and person.
-HIAYS doesn't solely focus on FL work, but more on the company as a whole.
-In PAWLBM the romance is not as focused on and kind of develops more naturally as we follow the FL whilst in HIAYS the romance takes the lead more.
-PAWLBM also has a "cohabitation"/neighbor aspect to it

All in all, I definitely think you will like the other drama if you like one of them. They are both very similar in setting, comedy, and overall atmosphere.

In both, the leads live in apartments across from each other with side-by-side balconies. Both stories have the leads bickering and they're super cute together. The plot for both dramas is haters to friends to lovers. Both follow FL who start working in a new company and how they succeed in the workplace. Both stories have a main couple and side couple, all couples are pretty cute. Nice amount of comedy, and romance, and overall healthy relationship.

Across the hall neighbours (a man and a woman) whose terraces looks towards one another start to interact both at their daily and work life. Soon they start to fall in love. Both are very slow romances.
