Sweet Teeth (2021)

-Both main couples have an "encounter" but later have strong feelings for each other.
-Although, they take their time before jumping into a relationship
-It conveys motivational messages for the audience but Run On is mostly for the youth whereas, Sweet Teeth is more towards relationships
-It has a nice balance of friendship, love, and life challenges and is very realistic

Similarities:-
-Both of the dramas focus on 3 couple very beautifully.
-Both the male lead are first looked cold and seemed arrogant.
- In both the dramas are focusing on three diff at same time but they all have very unique story and an interesting one.
- Both ML are kinda famous between people they know.
-Both the dramas have strong bond between female leads that's a great point where there is no cat fight.
-No SML or SFL appearing



Differences:-
-No cohabitation in ST
-BTIMFL is a Kdrama and ST is a Chinese drama
-Their professions are different too
-BTIMFL is story in adulthood whereas ST is focused on college life as well as adulthood.
-ST is based on medicine and library whereas BTIMFL is based on software development.

I find them similar mostly over how natural the romance and the relationships were acted out and presented.

Male lead is Doctor in Sweet teeth.
There is Doctor-Patient relationsip.
Falling in love is gradually meeting each other.

The leads took time to start their relationship in both dramas. Some people may thought it is dragging but I love watching the leads slowly build their relationship before they officially start dating

Both dramas give me the same vibes. Fluffy, strong friendship, and little to no heavy conflict........................................................................................

I'll edit/update this once I finish Cute Programmer, but so far, here are some similarities:
- ML attracted to FL at first sight
- ML is great in his field and is actually a kind person
- FL is very capable at her job but is also very craing (and while she likes ML a lot, she is still independent)
- There is a sibling-bestfriend Second CP
- Takes a while for main CP to admit that they like each other
- Also at the end of each/most episode, they little monologues (so its has a dash of that nostalgic/learn-from-life vibe)

Dentist Ai Jing Chu, who also teaches at Donghu University, is known to be the most handsome man at school. University librarian Zeng Li, however, is prejudiced against him because of a little misunderstanding. They have very similar vibes. I would say Sweet Teeth is executed better and they are inherently different, but that calming, beige-ridden, 2021 c drama vibe is the same.

[minor spoiler] Trio girls as bestfriends, and the 3 couples eventually hang out together till the end. They have completely different background and story but you will love to see the girls friendship and how they share each other love story. Plus both dramas have wedding scene at the ending due to the same cause hahah.

I feel the feel and vibe of both drama are kind of similar. Both giving feel good vibe and not so robotic ML . Also the ML in sweet teeth is a dentist and somewhat similar to doctor . The characterisation was also good here.

Characters rediscovering themselves through hardships, finding friendships, and love. Although not located in the country side, Sweet Teeth is centered in a really lovely town with an ocean view, which adds to that comforting feeling!

In both drama, the male main lead is doctor, the female lead is cheerful. Both are rom - com with a lot of fluff. Both have secondary couples.
