Shin and The First/The Next are retellings of the the original Kamen Rider TV show/manga, featuring a darker and more realistic setting. The protagonists were transformed into a superhuman being against their will after became a test subject of human experiments.

Will be the latest reimagining of one of Japan’s most iconic heroes. Evangelion creator Hideaki Anno will be at the helm.

Dogai Ryuga, the Golden Knight Garo, has regained his golden glow and destroyed the evil plots of Horror. An encounter with a mysterious knight clad in “steel” leads Ryuga to the next test. Now, the story that approaches the origin of the protector begins!
