Perfect World (2019)

When ML meet FL who used to like him long time ago & meet again after school reunion the two getting closed & FL accept & understand ML a lot with so many obstacles between them but they getting through together until they got married. Sad romance story with adorable leads is definitely must watch. Matsuzaka Tori & Iwata Takanori is soooo cute. Both movie & drama is worth watching.

An elementary school teacher named Takano Takayuki who is gradually losing his ability to see tries to hide this fact from his girlfriend Yoko. She eventually discovers the truth and immediately flies home from Mongolia to to comfort him.

Love story about ML who is blind & FL who is deaf but they found love in each other. They support & understanding each other I really enjoy melodrama romance movie or dramas.

Itsuki and Tsugumi happen to meet again at a work-related drinking session. The two of them are attracted to each other. However, they face problems including disapproving parents, the appearance of a love rival and illness as they search for the meaning of happiness.

Mizuho is a promising rhythmic gymnast, but she is diagnosed with a spinal cord disease and becomes paralyzed from the waist down. She is devastated. With the help of music, Mizuho works toward a new dream.

Although the storyline is different, the leads in both of them are confined to a wheelchair. Both stories deal with the issues that disabled people face.

Entrambi parlano di un amore in cui uno dei due è su una sedie a rotelle. La storia affronta anche tutte le difficoltà che questo comporta.

Both are heartwarming.
Both have one main character who uses the wheelchair and therefore talks about persons with disabilities.
I don't want to spoil, but this gives me a lot of "I'm glad to be alive" feels. :)

Tsumugi Aoba fell in love with So Sakura, who attended the same high school. They both shared an interest in music. Their relationship got deeper and deeper, but, suddenly, Sakura said goodbye to her without giving a reason for their break-up and he disappeared.

Eight years later, Aoba is now in Tokyo and works part-time at a large CD music store. She is surrounded by music she likes. One day, she happens to see Sakura. She wants to talk to him, but she realizes that he has almost lost his hearing.

Both MLs are disabled and use wheelchairs.

Both have a main male protagonist, which is an architect and revolve around his colleagues and troubles at work and his prospects of marriage (or the lack of it) + the surprising amount of women (each has a 3 of them interested in him) surrounding him.

Both are romantic dramas with male protagonist who first meet the female protagonist as a healthy person. Then an accident happens and he loses one/both of his legs. He continue to works.. is independent and play sports. Some parts of drama is focused on his heath.. and some on his work and love life.

In both stories, the male lead is in a wheelchair after an accident. Both stories speak of the difficulties faced by the protagonists.
