A Hidden Gem
This short, older crime drama is well worth watching. A different crime is solved each episode, and it's interesting to follow the two main leads' opposing investigation methods and see a mutual respect slowly, albeit grudgingly, grow. I especially like how some of the characters change for the better while remaining true to their standards. I found this a much more realistic portrayal than a sudden attitude reversal.While the plot wasn't anything new, it was well executed. The ML's backstory was a little confusing at first, but it was slowly revealed over the eight episodes in a way that made sense.
The actors were well cast and played their roles quite well. You may recognize a few of them from their more recent dramas.
Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
