Su Fu is instructed to get rid of Xiao Song. The princess admits to the emperor that she kidnapped Su Fu. Ran Yan is surprised to learn that the princess didn't kidnap her cousin. The princess wakes up and sees Meng Ji, but it turns out to be Xiao Song. Xiao Song figures out that all the victims are related to the princess. Su Fu then comes in to interrogate her. They set a trap for Meng Ji, but he kidnaps Ran Yan. Meng Ji wants to see the princess or he will set Ran Yan on fire. Ran Yan expresses her feelings before getting rescued.
