These dramas are from the same writer & director. Both are tragic, star-crossed, love stories. Both feature Kim Bum being the best, and the cutest, side kick ever!
They deal with similar themes where two people lead conformist lives until something happens which makes them want to change how they live.
Padam Padam is the better drama if you're limited on time. Though, both dramas deal with a huge mother-son relationship. The characters' lives also feel like a similar tone. All of them have problems and it deals a lot with a slice of life even though they're melodramas.
If you like melodramatic sequence, and much of tears caused by the relationship of each characters (like ones in Padam Padam), you're going to love this drama.
What I like the most when watching Padam Padam is when I try to understand the emotion of each characther, their wonderful acting, and the amazing dialogues. You're going to find those value too in Cinderella's Sister, although maybe this drama is less cinematic.

Both have the supernatural element.
In both the male lead tries to change some decision they made in the past while havin an unsure relationship with the female lead.
Both are wonderful.

Both are wonderful.
Both are complicated time travel dramas that involve the main character going back in time to better their future. But consequences of time travel are their biggest foes.
For life-romance-melodrama lovers.
A pitiful man, wounded by life.
FL in a similar situation where she has a bright future in front of her but she is in love with a man that is retarded in the eyes of society, and he loves her earnestly.
Well-written, well-directed, good music, good side characters...
and GREAT acting.

Kyoko, a young woman with an unhindered spirit despite being physically bound to a wheelchair due to illness, and Shuji, a stylish and popular fashion magazine hairstylist, are brought together in a fateful traffic incident. Despite their confrontational meeting, they soon find themselves falling in love, with Shuji drawn to her courage and enthusiasm and Kyoko attracted to his ability to look beyond her physical limitations and into her heart. However, Kyoko's protective older brother and her worsening condition begin to test the bounds of their love for each other and threaten to end their beautiful life together.
the plot is different, but these two melo-dramas have several similar element: Murder scene in the past. Friendship and betrayal. The main female lead who sincerely loves the male lead no matter how sick and how screwed up he is. and beautiful acting! (but stil Jung Woo Sung as Yang Kang Chil is still the best acting I've ever seen in dramas)
