MOVIE: Snow in Mid Summer (2017). This spooky crime investigation from a historical period is incredibly heart wrenching yet satisfying. A young woman is framed and executed for murder. She predicts 3 things at her execution: blood on a white flag; snow in mid summer; and a 3 year drought. All predictions come true and her ghost begins terrorizing her town. A magistrate is sent to investigate, and detail by detail, he finds the truth, and more.Wang Li Ke plays the wronged woman, Dou'E and Xin Zhi Qiu plays Zhou Tian Zhang. Great acting all around. When the snow falls, your blood freezes.
EXCELLENT movie! Highly recommended.
