Defendant (2017)

Main antagonist acquire new identity. Main Leads wrongfully accused and will do all means to prove innocence

On Lookout we have a prosecutor and a police officer, on Defendant a prosecutor as main characters. In both dramas one of the leads will have to leave their position (but for different reasons). They both are trying to seek for justice for their families, both of them lost a loved one. In both dramas they dont trust the police and the justice system. Also shows a lot of corrupted politicians.

Falsely accused MCs, prison (lots of prisons), defective judicial systems, police/prosecutors fabricating or neglecting evidence. And good actors. "Defendant" is a lot more melodramatic, I expect "One Ordinary Day" to try and keep it more together, for the sake of being more noir.

Falsely accused of murdering a family member and going to prison
then trying to escape to uncover the truth and get revenge

Both have children involved as the big part of the plot. In the Defendant the father had to listen so the child doesn't get killed the same in Wanted where the mother has to listen to kidnapper for the sake of her child safety. Both shows have this ability to make you feel as a big part of it, like you're experiencing everything together, once you start it is hard to stop. Both focuses on justice and crimes.

Both male leads are framed for murder and they try to find out who really did it.
Both male leads are prosecutors.
A Violent Prosecutor is more light hearted than Defendant, but both are still a great watch.
