Time is a woman's enemy. On her 30th birthday, Cheng You Qing received an e-mail from Li Da Ren, her male best friend of 14 years, about the symptoms of premature aging. Unable to bear the fact that, as a man, Li Da Ren is likened to a fine wine that gets better with age and that as a woman, she is likened to a grape that will dry up like a raisin over time, she makes a bet with him to see who will marry first before they turn 35.

As she scouts for a potential husband, she finds that despite whoever she meets, there is always one person whom she can be totally at ease with and who is willing to put up with her independent, ill-tempered and stubborn personality - her best friend, Li Da Ren.

The only problem is that the both of them had already sworn to each other that they would never fall in love with each other.

Jung Yeol and Na Ra fell in love with each other and got married. During their marriage, they have grown to hate each other due to their personality differences. They decide to get a divorce. A month later, their divorce will be finalized. But, on the day that they applied for a divorce, they get into a car accident. When they wake up at the hospital, they have both lost their memories and do not remember each other.

A year has passed since Rei left Tada at their wedding ceremony following Ken's confession. Despite their mutual feelings, they remained stuck. Meanwhile, Eri and Tsuru were set to wed in Hawaii, leading Ken, Rei, Mikio, and others to the beachside church. However, the ceremony's delay raised concerns. It became apparent that Eri was missing, and her note expressed uncertainty about Tsuru's feelings. This unexpected turn of events disrupted the wedding plans.

Housewife Miyazawa Tomomi, her husband out of a job, loses her treasured home as her family is forced to do with less during the recession. Her one ray of sunshine is her upcoming middle school class reunion, where she hopes to meet old friends as well as old flames. The class reunion, however, turns out to be more of turning point not only for her but for the others as well.
