It follows the same plot of an undercover 'agent' who has to hide his identity in order to complete his missions.
Falls in love with the LI while on a mission resulting in her becoming his 'weakness' and someone he has to save.
Like healer, the LI starts off with a 'crush' on the second lead but eventually falls for the main guy.
You have your nice share of corrupt politicians and people in higher power.
The comedy feel in Healer is enhanced more in man to man but there is still a good amount of action/tense scenes.
I would really recommend watching this is if you loved Healer, both lead actors are great.

I'm seeing a lot of parallels between The K2 and Man to Man. Ex-military, bodyguard living under a fake name, agent k, overseas filming, corrupt politician, action, etc.

The plots are different, and Man to Man seems to be more comedy based, but the similarities are obviously there.

similar in the way that one lead is a famous actor and the other people are his manager & work for him.
The dynamic is funny.
Both actor & manager/pr are very close

However "Man To Man" is a bromance heavy action/spy comedy and "Shooting Stars" is a romcom.

The plots are not similar but in both dramas :
- Male Lead has a secret identity. He is a secret agent in "man to man".
- There is also a secret mission and a the need to hide his agenda from the others.
- There is ultimately a love story that develops between Male Lead and Female Lead.

They are both funny, and of course, has that guardian angel that has insane skills.
I have not finished Man to Man yet, but I plan to. And Terius Behind You, is a big reason why. So, if you have not seen Man to Man yet, I strongly recommend it. You can find it on Netflix, or at the other sources.

Kim Sul Woo is a top-secret National Intelligence Service (NIS) agent, known only to a few superiors. When the Songsan Group is identified as a national threat, Sul Woo goes undercover as the elite bodyguard for world star Yeo Woon Guang. Woon Guang, a former stuntman turned top actor, is conceited and brash, often bullying Sul Woo.

Sul Woo's mission involves infiltrating a private party held by Russian tycoon Chairman Victor to extract legendary wood carvings. However, he must also deal with Cha Do Ha, Woon Guang's manager and former fan club head, who is suspicious of Sul Woo and protective of Woon Guang. As Sul Woo navigates his mission, unexpected complications arise from his interactions with Woon Guang and Do Ha, leading to unforeseen developments in their relationships

This drama is also about bodyguards, with an action, romance, and thriller tag and feel to it. Personally from the trailer itself I think it gives off a funny vibe too. And it also has 16 episodes just like SWDBS :)
