These two are remakes,so both are exactly similar stories...but presented very differently.

Monthai are cruel in both versions towards Bee,thinking that she is a gold-digging bitch.In the original version he realizes the true colors of his fiance Viyada much earlier.

Monthai never seems to be able keeping his hands off Bee,despite his declarations of hate.He is much..and much attracted to Bee in both versions.I loved when the mother and aunt scolded him for his double standards behaviour and mistreatment of Bee.

Its a remake of the same drama with Jindachote Sean as Monthai and Supreeleela Esther as Bpeeyachat.

because the guy miss understands her all the way to the end. both guys are really possessive, deny their feelings for the girl. girls are innocent well bee is a little more naïve then tawan

You will get the same feeling as in both dramas the male character keeps misunderstanding the female's pure heart. So while he himself doesn't realize his own feelings, he keeps teasing and hurting her.
There is also this mean second female in both dramas

Male lead intimidates and insults female lead all the time

Male Lead becomes madly in love with female lead.

Male Lead is jealous and possessive and hates every male who comes near Female lead.

Male Lead has ex-girlfriend who is evil.

It has the same rich man/ poor woman, man looks down on the woman but is slowly subconsciously falling for her, profile. FL also is providing service in the home of the ML and the proximity enables plenty of interaction between leads.
