Idc about female lead but NO the main character that shaman is such a big no no. Idk what writers were thinking to put out such nonsense
I dropped it at 2 episode. Can't watch it more and deleted 4 episodes I downloaded. Rather watch Vincenzo. He was a mafia but being a mafia wasn't romanticised unlike here.

Saving myself from this ordeal...
As much as I love Bailu and Luo Yun Xi, I've decided to drop this after 1.5 episodes. I'm so annoyed with the FL's actions right now.Sure, she was scared of the Devil God from her own time but she did come back to the past BEFORE he became evil for a reason, right? Why try to get him upset and then act like he is more than the current situation?
She realized right off the bat that the real Ye Xi Wu was a difficult person so she didn't have to continue acting like her. But no, here she was letting him continue kneeling in the snow while she contemplated how he deserved it and that he was indeed not a "normal person". Then when he fainted, she was praying that he wouldn't die when she - as Ye Xi Wu, the person who made him kneel originally - could have just as easily freed him and started analyzing how she would accomplish her mission.
There were other infuriating things from the first episode too, so I'm doing myself a favor and choosing not to suffer through this stupidity.

No. I don't want to watch Korean take on a bad combination of "Alias" and "NCIS".
Maybe I'm missing out on some later developments in character, but at the moment, everyone comes across like a cardboard cutout

A Chinese Remix of korean Drama One Spring Night
Just from the first episode i can tell its a remix of the kdrama One spring night1. Male leads =>
Both have Medical related jobs
Both have unclear or unfavorable marital status
Both stay in the same apartment as the female lead's female friend
2. Female leads =>
Both are in a state relationship with their boyfriend's
Both are having marriage thoughts
Both don't have the approval of the partner's father
Both meet the male lead for the first time after a drunk night at their female friends place
And this is just from ep1
But all in all the remix is quite nice so far, the spin they put on it is somewhat better than the original

i don't know why ppl esp filos will say that "i dont find this racist or rude whatsoever" the whole scenario is he didn't like the girl bcs he looks like a filipino maid.. like ur really insensitive if you don't find it rude. YES there's nothing wrong with being a maid but this is a harmful stereotype that can harm filipinos in the job market + it's wrong to use that as a derogatory matter esp with the current power relations between the two countries. Now let's talk about chinese racism against non-chinese and southeast asians that is highly overlook today. don't ever say that "iTs juST a drAma" like we're tired of it this small racist things shouldn't be tolerated at all. I just love this drama. Although its tiresome to wait for new episode with English subtitles but i am willing obviously for the storyline, cast and the chemistry between all main and supporting leads. I have watched there other work and i can tell the main leads have especially a very good bond... Perhaps good friendship or more then that... Even this drama not aired, but we all know about this story. Can't wait this drama especially acting from Zhao lusi and William chan. We just look forward in the review from douyin or video clip from other fan. And we know that this drama very good story. A Remake of this Shows with the main cast of "Xue Qianxun & Qingqing" (Miss the Dragon).
Shen Yue, I liked her 100% in "A Love So Beautiful". As for her role in "Meteor Garden" I rated it at 80%. For this show "Use for my Talent" wellllllllllllll, it just doesn't click. She and the actor were not meant to be playing this roles. I rather see the roles be given to "Xue Qianxun & Qingqing" of Miss the Dragon. Both would be perfect for this roles. It's cute but need to change the FL
The story is cute, they should've used a different actress to be the FL, the chemistry is not strong enough.ML is cute and did a great job, the writers producers and director should've bought in a different FL.
I wouldn't watch it again. It's one of those one time hit wonder kind of show.

As for other cast, we have Nappon Gomarachun (wow), Art Pasut (hopefully he'll have his own story line, because I'll definitely won't watch 24 episodes for New Wongsakorn), Katreeya English (that's really her name, lol) who is 44 but looks even older (must be those strenuous workouts) and Benz Narinya (!) who blew me away as 16-year old nang'ek (seriously) in her 'Naree Rissaya' lakorn and since then, I haven't seen her in anything. Regretfully, this looks like a very small role. From what I have watched yet, I havent as much as noticed her.
This story BEGINS with the wedding. Obviously the girl is marrying some wothless manwhore who is the type with whom one is more lonely than actually alone. And Art Pasut is his brother (oh, no) which looks like he won't have his own line but only would hover. Girl even receives a written warning she shouldn't marry this guy and I say such advice should always be heeded, even if it comes from the enemy line:-)
So, since episode 1, it is clear this won't be my cup of romance.
The girl might stay at the wedding but I am leaving.

Will make this short and to the point
I am a big Zhao Yiqin fan but this drama is really bad….Lazy storyline with unexciting plot….
Female lead who is inexperienced….
Unknown support actors….
Extreme low budget drama…
All these factors that will be reflective….
I like Zhao Yiqin but fact he isn’t a top 10-20 actor so will need compromise for bad scripts and inexperienced female leads. He was good as he usually is but you can only carry a drama so far….
Duan Xing Yu as female lead wasn’t too standard to pastZYQ female leads. Hopefully she finds roles which she can express herself to her comfort level. This performance was to her comfort level and it showed but Zhao Yiqin team must see the potential if they agreed to this drama with her.

Another short revenge chinese drama
What kept me watching instead of dropping it was that the FML actually had a strong grip on the situation. She didn’t waste time whining, "Oh no, I can’t do this because I fell for the ML," or abandon her revenge plans. Meanwhile, the ML was ridiculously stupid—but maybe that’s what made her(FML) look so smart in comparison? It was basically one cliché stacked on top of another. Simply Awful
With all their silly virgins who still doesn't consummate with their husbands even to the last episode. This is one of those cringing and frustrating romantic scenes, totally immature and really stupid. In those days 14 years old are as smart and mature as 28 year old today. Life was short and people grew up really quick. Those tantrums oh my god can we killed the Princess off already. Has it not been for the lead actor .. I would have stopped watching by the 3rd episodes.WORD OF HONOR is great! LANGYA BANG is excellent!! You know why? Because there are no stilly stupid retarded cringy heroines...
