This drama is not joke.
Well first of all, I liked this drama because of the fact that Eun Ji is the main female character. And because I've found realistic the way of acting a long the plot of the drama.
Although, it appears the topic between the singers or dancers that work under the same company.

--- Talk about "Screwball Comedy"!! ... Both are Hilarious.... w/ Outrageous characters ...and... even more Outrageous Shenanigans !!! ..... and ..... scenes that will literally have you Rolling-on-the-Floor w/ Laughter !!!
--- Both have leading men driven to do Crazy things out of Jealousy...
--- Both have a wonderful , lovable, adorable couple forced to live together due to Ridiculous circumstances.... then love grows , against-all-odds , and overcomes obstacles.

Differences:
--- Fated to Love You is strong on the Romance and love Triangle w/ family involvement .
--- Smile You is strong on the Family drama w/ a surprisingly Wonderful Romance to boot ... etc...etc...

Both dramas are about music industry. In both you'll be able to see a group of 'kids' trying their best to debut, true friendships and loyality, love between an idol and a non-idol, achieving dreams, dating issues and the most important: a music company lying fans in order to cover their idols and keep their company up.

Both these shows are good for anyone that likes Romance and Comedy and want to see what happens after the two leads become a couple. Both as have actor Kim Hyun Joong.

Lady Joker is a loose sequel of Marks no Yama. Both are short, dense, thrilling drama with great acting and brilliant writing

The road home is a better drama to me but they do have a similar feel maybe because they are family dramas lol

They were filmed 1 year apart, they both have Park Hae Jin and LOT's of family issues lol - idk, I just think they have a similar feel

Both has Wallace Huo, and Tiffany Tang as one of the lead couple. It's a funny rom-com, with a bit of action, and shows the couple in a less serious way.
