Great sitcom
It's a great sitcom! Its strongest aspect is being consistent despite having a very long run which is hard to do especially with comedy. There are four groups in the cast: the ladies, the lads, the grandmas and the 2 older men, all of which were on a rotation giving each their turn to slowly build their character. However, the main stars were the three ladies, each one of them had a unique character that kept the sitcom lively and fresh. I think this is my favorite role I've seen from Ye Ji Won & Oh Yoon Ah & Kim Ji Young, and I've seen almost all of their other projects. One particular thing that stood out to me was how unbelievable massive the wardrobe was! Almost every character changes the outfit multiple times every episode for 232 episodes! Even the hairstyles were changing every 20-30 episodes. Despite being a sitcom there's also a story for the main characters that is very slowly and subtly progressing until the end. I really really appreciate that there was no younger/teen/kids cast involved, because including any would almost always lead to uncreative, uninteresting and cringy jokes. This sitcom gets a big plus from me just for that. However, it's not perfect, there are a handful of nitpicks here and there but I had a great time and I will be missing this chaotic trio.Considerați utilă această recenzie?

The little kid stood out the most in the entire thing. The villain and the corporation arc were very lame, they wanted the drama to have some tension but it would have been better without. It just made it ever more generic. Also, it wasn't a good role for Ahn Nae Sang. Other than the kid and the food I can't see much good left in it. It shares some similarities with Couple or Trouble (2006) except that one was much better and definitely more enjoyable.Considerați utilă această recenzie?

One of the most vanilla mystery/law/thrillers, it plays it very safe throughout. It tries to be as friendly to the viewers as possible. Not necessarily a bad thing but sometimes it can come across as too ordinary especially the 2nd half. Speaking of ordinary, the characters, none of them had the special spark or the x factor. Kim Jung Hyun plays a character with limited time who also had to drop out of the drama earlier than planned for health reasons which leaves this weird gap in the last 1/4 without the lead actor. This also led to a problematic ending and send-off of the character which was suppose to be the climax of series! Almost unwatchable after that. Kinda weak
It would have been much better if it was just a movie. Even though it's shorter, they still stretched it significantly. Aside from the initially set up, things didn't really start to move until episode 7.Considerați utilă această recenzie?
Hot mess!
The drama's biggest problem is that it's overly ambitious with its concept. It wrote itself in a corner that was impossible to get out from. Which resulted in making the whole thing a convoluted mess. Right from the beginning within 2 episodes, you can tell this had a really poor world building, it didn't even care, shamelessly! The whole thing was unbelievable edgy especially the antagonist, he was the definition of edge lord. Rough!

Let's Go to The Beach

Too bland!
It's the usual love square quarrels of the 2000s, copy-pasted from every single one at the time but this time they're on the beach! It's also similar to Prince's First Love (2004) which also takes a place in a tropical-setting/beach. Anyway, I prefer this inexperienced newcomer Lee Chung Ah over the current more plastic-filled one.Considerați utilă această recenzie?

The premise of this "top" team is absurd and to make this story a functional and coherent one with such a premise would be a monumental task which this drama obviously failed to achieve and ended up being trashy. There's a lot of mystery going on but this one was the bad kind of mystery, not really a proper mystery anyway. Everyone slipping all the time, the culprits were kinda obvious, and the revelations were lame. Everything was over explained as if the viewers were toddlers. The flashiness and pazaz can be easily classified as cringe. Speaking of which, Lee Jang Woo throughout his entire acting career seems to be a very reliable cringe magnet, so no surprise here.Considerați utilă această recenzie?
When Time Stopped

Bad!
Straight up unserviceable junk!! Disjointed low-budget shallow story that had no redeeming qualities. There aren't many time-stops dramas but this is definitely the worst to adapt the concept. The drama took the concept of time-stop and ran it into the ground. The memes of time-stops in JAV hold more weight than this embarrassment. The worst power-fantasy junk anime is still better than this. The inexperienced cast only brought it down even further. It's not like they had a lot to work with but still couldn't sense any talent in their souls. One Thousand and One Nights 2

An interesting mini series with a wide range of stories each one is unique with a small twist. Some of them were good enough that they can be turned into a full featured movie. Each one had a different theme and feeling, some took the comedic creative route while some took more of a serious one. Some of them had the vintage feel of early 2000s Korean horror movies. A nice little drama. Everyone is a lead in their own story, at the same time they become support characters for other stories. I kinda liked how the stories were independent instead of parallel while having different directors/writers at the same time. There's an overall melancholy theme going on especially with the last story. It's a little different from usual drama but it's a decent watch. The usual OCN formula. I found it to be a weak thriller, especially with the strong plot armor and the protagonist super vision. Even the mystery elements weren't interesting. Good enough
It took forever to get to the spicy bits but the comedy was really good. At the same time, some of the tangents were seriously boring. It's a light infidelity drama, it doesn't get too serious and melo. Neither of the couples got too far but the damage was done.
