The way the male lead talks and thinks about the female lead reminds me so much of The Greatest Love. Both dramas have hilarious male leads.

Both dramas deal with the leads swapping souls and falling in love.

The guy loves the girl but the girl takes her own sweet time and dates another guy. Both dramas need patience to see OTP together but the wait is worth it!

Dun reminded me of a supporting character in Scent Of A Woman. She was the female lead's roommate at the hospital and she also had a crush on her doctor and she was quite positive like the lead here. Now that I think about it, she also made cartoons about her handsome doctor and about her life in the hospital.

OMG was she based on the same person?! That is plagiarism (I think). Anyways, if you liked this movie, you would probably enjoy the drama too, as it deals with a cancer patient living life to the fullest.

The romance in both the movies is innocent and sweet. If one of the two movies made you cry, the other one will too.

Both deal with a group of close friends who give extra attention to one special friend.

Both have arranged marriages set up by grandfathers. The bride in My little bride is also in high school.

Both dramas are about materialistic women who find true love and realize that money is not everything. Female leads in both, despite being gold-diggers, are likable.

Both deals with parents raising kids and watching them grow and become independent. Both of their time-settings are in the past.

It's also about receiving a heart transplant from someone and falling in love with their spouse/lover..
