Most Devoted and Self Sacrificing Male Characters

From very early on in the drama the ML or a secondary male love interest is unwaveringly loyal and devoted to the FL. The MC proves through his actions that he would do absolutely anything for the FL, including sacrificing his freedom and / or his life, and she is his #1 concern. You get a sense that in the MC's mind the FL is above him, and he wants to serve and protect her - his protectiveness comes with more of a sense of subservience than dominance.

Devoted (or self-sacrificing) is the first word that comes to mind to describe the MC's relationship with the FL. 

The Princess Wei Young, Crash Landing on You, Bromance, The Eternal Love 1 and 2 and Bloody Romance get honourable mentions but don't match exactly what I'm trying to capture with this list.
