Lee Joon Gi Filmography

Joon Gi is listed in the credits as boy in crowd. He was 18 at the time. I couldn't spot him. 

The special effects are excellent in this drama. reminded me of the American film Backdraft. The plot is a sad revenge story. 

"Boi" [Boy]

This film has a film noir feeling. It was easy to get invested in each person's story. They all interact with each other on different levels but respect each other like some quirky family. 

Joon Gi is the youngest member of this group.  They all know his history and protect him from himself. 

This was the first of several non-Korean films.

Seong Ho

Drama City: "What Should I Do? " Is the 234th episode of the South Korean KBS television series, Drama City, which is a collection of single episode short dramas. Each episode has a different story, and the cast changes every week. Seong-ho, played by Lee Joon-Gi, lives a poor life with his father, while his ill mother is hospitalized. But suddenly, he is later on transported back into his father's past and discovers more about his parents and how they met.

I could only find this with Spanish subs. So, I watched it in Korean on YT. (40) Drama City 20041107 - YouTube 

This story is pretty understandable without the subs. If you have seen Back to the Future, it follows pretty much that type of story.

Joon Gi is a college student studying astronomy. He's very smart, cool and mischievous. He plays the ML best friend. 

He does get kissed in this drama. Don't blink. hee hee

This drama is such good fun. Joon Gi isn't the lead, but it was his first big part after his huge success in The King and the Clown. He plays a 'Playboy" type rich kid. The shag hair and fashion are so classic. Perfection!

Loved this movie! The cast, the story, the message, it was all wonderful!

In an interview he stated that this was his first commercial film. He felt lost on set. I couldn't tell. You could feel his presence as a lead really coming out in this one.
