Rewatch. Watching this the second time is the best cuz then you understand what’s going on and this the characters are feeling 

Of course I need to watch this again too since I rewatched the drama. Can’t wait to watch the new movie in the theatres XD

Why did I thought this drama is gonna be war related??? This is actually so good! The drama just keeps getting better and better! Unlike other good dramas where the level of goodness (?) stays at a level, this drama just keeps climbing up.  I love the tea challenge scene (around ep.14) , the storyline is on top, love the three hardworking women, running a tea house and then a restaurant (what a dream, I want to do that too),  love the three of theirs friendship, love their lessons, the mains’ relationship, how there’s no emperor dying from anger, just everything. At the beginning, it was hard to understand what’s going on because of the historical context, but it gets easier as the drama goes. Rewatching it a second time might give a better understanding. Overall, 10/10 ofc XD

DON'T  WASTE YOUR TIME WATCHING THIS AS I DID. EVEN IF YOU'RE HERE JUST FOR THE GOOD-LOOKING MALE LEAD. The drama is cliche and the storyline sucks. I don’t get why there are so many good reviews. Many parts of the story are so illogical but it’s also tempting me during the beginning when the male lead is forcing the female lead to pretend to be Zhuang Xin Yan. But then the female lead as the character Shen Man Ning is so submissive. This drama could’ve been so much better if it weren’t so illogical. Like come on, Shen Man Ning was hanging on the construction rack, about to fall into the river, but the construction workers with safety belts and ropes who were working on the rack weren’t even helping her to get up and were just watching her with other people on the bridge. And omg Shen Man Ning fell into the river but she needed the male lead to save her, apparently, she couldn’t swim. Then WOW, later she swam to save her love, the male lead. I might’ve liked it more when I was younger, but after 5 years of drama-watching, this is not it. Since I could finish this drama (although I sped up the last few episodes because it became draggy and no longer as interesting), it’s still watchable. I have been cringing very badly. 

MUST WATCH! Romance, fantasy, wuxia, and comedy! OST, story, actors and actresses, and the whole production is bomb!

I am so in love with this drama! It is so easy to binge. The comedy scenes would not make the drama seem unseriousness either! The comedy scenes are not added randomly. (I don't know other words to describe that.) Ever since the first episode of the drama, it's the peak 100% ♥ for me. The actors and actresses did so well! I saw some behind the scenes and they worked really hard! The OST is so good! I hope it gets released on Spotify soon so that I can listen to it.

I finally watched it (I'm not waiting to watch it in the theatre anymore), and it is the best ❤️ㅠㅠ (Good thing I watched it at home because I cried so much the second the main characters meet.)

You must watch the drama first to understand the story better and feel the emotional connection between the characters!

When I watch fantasy dramas, those plots that uses magic powers, my logic shuts off completely.  This plot was not written too badly. I’ve seen a lot of comments that was so confused at the plot and not liking what the characters are doing, but not every kind of story has to follow the same rules right? That’s how they make it unique.

very beautiful, relaxing, and healing. go on a journey with them if you are feeling down and just want to get out of city life.

officially dropping it. I don't get what's so good about this drama. I can't tell whether the story is progressing, his revenge. All I'm hearing in this drama is business, business and business. Or am I just too dumb to understand?

I watched it because of the ost by eric chou. The movie storyline and character chemistry end up being just alright.

when they were playing tennis, and having competitions, I felt the connection, how they were feeling. I want Song Sanchuan to win and believe in himself when he felt like he couldn't. I think this is the best older woman/younger man couple drama so far as I can remember.

watched this cuz of Greg hsu but I already watched the original Korean movie “on your wedding day” and I know I didn’t really like the storyline (not cuz of the ending). It still made me cry though. The acting is good too.  

I like both versions equally. I watched both because of the leading actor/actress Greg/so young. It ended exactly the same. No major difference in storyline. The characters are exactly the same. How dumb/stupid/immature MLC look like is exactly the same. Except maybe in this movie the male lead character got injured because the female lead character came to want to see his competition but in the original movie the male lead character got injured because the female lead character was rejecting him. So the FLC in this movie liked the MLC want to date him a bit more than the original movie.

first highly anticipated drama of the year but the result, some parts of the drama (mainly the storyline) did disappoint me a bit. I love the actors and actresses, especially the main leads. The costumes are very pretty.  the graphic or whatever it's called is very beautiful. ost is very good too. I just don't like how the story keeps going around and around, dragging a bit, and in some parts, I don't get what the characters actually want to do. making me try to guess what they trying to do. when they are doing it I still don't understand and I did my best guess. why can't they just say that they love each other and will love each other even after death and will wait for each other huh??

At the beginning, it was funny and I loved it. Then there was a twist around half way through the movie and ended in an open ended ending ㅠㅠ. I want to see what exactly happens :(

I was finally able to watch this special. I liked the story's theme or whatever it's called (that they both feel like that in another world, there's another them. they met before etc.) but I'm not too fond of the little girl's role. For how she can randomly fall asleep in probably less than a minute and, when the leads are fixing the castle, it looks like it took them a few hours, but come on, it's just a few pieces.

Between ep 20-30, it was too draggy. Some scenes just seems too cliche. I like the characters though

Number 1: the young actress who played the young FL is waaaaayyyy too young. Then FL doesn’t act like a 17 year old. Her grades are so good too so she should have a good amount of confidence. Should be more than me even if she was an introvert.

2: There was some dumb scenes but later gets covered up.

3: I don’t like how sometimes they act like they’re 10 years apart and so some things are inappropriate but then sometimes they act like they are not far at all. And also 17 and 19 is literally no difference. They make it like she was 10 or something because they always says “when I was a child”. Even during the time when it was the young FL, the age was not far from 17 (but the actress was far from the age of the role she played). So what I mean is the female lead is not young at all. She was not a child. She was a teen. But they made it like she was a child so it was really weird. Just get the facts right OK? She was not that young.

4: I am guilty. I like their relationship n chemistry but also the transition into dating was way too fast. When they started dating, she doesn’t look like she have been hiding the fact that she had a crush on him before. Basically she was all shy before and suddenly she’s just not. Maybe it’s the time skip in the drama that made me think that way but if it was like that, they should’ve shown the progress.

Plot is similar to business proposal.

This story is good. The acting, the music. It actually made me empathize with the characters. I want to rewatch some scenes because they’re hilarious (eg: ep. 10 when Cang Xuan felt the bite on the neck and woke up from it LOL, but there’s more than that. Yang Zi has many hilarious scenes). This drama is unlike Yang Zi’s last historical drama, “Immortal Samsara”. I was disappointed for that one. If only that drama was like this one too, it would be 10/10.  

I am kinda rooting for Xiang Liu XD I know he’s kind of a jerk but XD also that song that played at the end of ep. 9 is so catchy, so beautiful. That song only plays when Xiang Liu is caring for Wen Xiao Liu XD. But I’m not going to put too much hope into this because it’s a freaking love triangle and who knows who she’ll end up with ㅠㅠ I am currently only on ep. 16  and I’m so in love with it

Yang Zi’s acting is amazing! I fell in love with the drama so fast. And during the beginning, little Cang Xuan is so cute lolol.  I love it so much and I can’t wait for the second season ㅠㅠ will XL really not get a chance with XY?? I really wish he could have a chance… I don’t think TSJ deserves XY. He is smart in business but not smart in his situation smh I wish he could be more initiative. If he was, I’d support him. I understand why XL can’t be with XY, he gotta give up being the enemy, he gets angry easily, and sometimes abusive lol. I still like him more though because honestly he never have let down XY. XY’s life as Xiao Liu was great until all these men came to her life sigh.. I wonder what will happen in season 2. Hopefully it comes out fast.

con: sometimes I think the actors/actress? Mostly I noticed cang xuan and Xiang Liu, they would dub over some of their lines. I caught those and that means they didn’t blend it well. Might as well just not dub the lines even if it was unclear.

Lost interest around after ep.20, but I got through it and made it to the end.

Omg remember past lives?? Just what I wanted to see ㅠㅠ this drama could have a season 2 cuz the ending is like a loop = infinity

Did not hook me since ep.1. I continued very slowly. About half the season, I started to like it more.

maybe a good drama for a first-time drama watcher? At least personally this one is better than my lethal man. The plot is simple with clichés.

the ending is pretty nicely wrapped up. the future him disappeared but the memories went to the past him. so he's basically still there. I like this version of the ending. But I forgot what the original version was. I feel like in this version, the female lead is a bit annoying. But I don't remember the original so I'm going to rewatch the original and we'll see.

LMAO Overall, very funny. I wish they had shown what happened to Lin Tzu Ching after what she did.

the screenwriters are so cruel to this version of Koo Yeun Jun's story!!!!! in this  remake, the guys he likes also like him, the second they confirm each other's feelings, they freaking diedd ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
There are some twists in this drama. The most obvious ones are definitely what I just mentioned and the psycho being nam si yeon/koo yeun jun's university friend. Acting-wise, if I did not know what the story was about or had not watched the original Taiwanese drama, I don't think I would have noticed the character switch between Kwon Min Ju and Han Jun Hee.  The ending was honestly pretty good. I think I liked this ending more, it was how "they had this feeling and when they finally met each other, they understood why they had those feelings and remembered this life they had for a moment." Anyways, this is pretty good. But I still love the first original drama because that's how I fell in love with this story.

sometimes I feel like the female lead is dumb. sometimes I feel like the drama is moving a bit slow. Also, do Na Joong Boem and Kwon Jae Kyung have any connections with the past of themselves? The acting is good though.

second drop of the year. they had kept me in the unknown for too long. no answer to the mystery or I just don't understand. Therefore, I'm bored. i don't get the hype.

wow, another masterpiece! i think this is the first time travel that changed a lot of the past and the future.

i agree with the female lead character being unprofessional with her job at the beginning of the drama, going to his house so late and working there and so on. there are some very weird camera angles, some scenes are just unbelievable. then when the ML found out that the FL was lying to him, they didn't communicate. she didn't even get to apologize. he didn't want to listen and be kicking her too but still wanted to hear her apologize. Also, FL could've texted or called his number instead of WeChat. They started talking through phone numbers first. Also the FL's BFF, sometimes I don't get her too. She and her lover didn't communicate well in the beginning. Why didn't she ask who that girl was? And she has lost herself in relationships too, did FL not notice? ML is so full of himself most of the time. I did enjoy this drama mindlessly.

i am finally dropping this drama. I left it on ep 4 and haven't touched it for 3 months. i was so excited about this drama. the costume is so pretty. but then... i really don't like the FL. 

at first, I wouldn't say I liked the female lead, but as the story goes on, I learned more about her and she changed a bit and later improved as well. this drama made me cry a lot. everyone's acting is very good.

Just 6 more days before a year, me and my bestie finally finished it ㅠㅠ Our busy lives keep us watching this drama for almost a whole year. this drama is pretty good, we always get back to it. even though social media might've spoiled some scenes, it was long forgotten before we continued lol. the ending is bittersweet and went too fast. i think changho should've let doha suffer a bit more. and the scene about what happens to those other characters was so short. 

the real big mouse was unexpected and I always thought someone was fishy. turns out they're just all in the gang. As for choi doha, he is basically the real villain. was confused then surprised. ko miho going into the underground scene was a bit stupid, how could she just go in there like that? it's so dangerous.

It was pretty good. The male lead is ??. The last episode, hmmmm wish there was more for the downfall of the villains. There was a scene that was just so blinding. The reporter and this guy looking for Seo Do Guk’s ring that was literally in front of them. They need new glasses. Also the promotions of the red heart shaped hair brush and protein coffee was very very obvious lolol
