the "i found you" call back, the late addition that he actually was in love w her first, the two couples walking side by side...

this show just does not falter once

the ending still frustrates me if i think too much about it but god is that last episode heartbreaking

the whole last ep is just heart-breaking gold, the male lead is so good at playing the character at the end of his life, and him dying in her arms...

the reintroduction of all the characters they helped along the way and the "everything passes" bit where they show them all going through their toughest times then smiling in the present... fuck so good. also the late addition that he sorted recognised her/was into her on the first meeting - I'm a sucker for that apparently

maybe not technically the ending itself but the blog post, every one from every episode but especially the final one where he talks about her falling asleep on his arm<3

ooh my heart hurt in the best way finishing this one, the whole idea of losing your youth and growing up and the neighbourhood being left in ruins, but the go back to the 5 teenagers in the room together then the wee kids being called in by their mothers... it literally hurts my heart just replaying it in my mind ow

a shaky second half but a very lovely and life affirming last ep that pulled together all the best parts of the drama (primarily the acting and their chemistry with each other)
