yo i have no words for this because all that came out from me was tears. every time i stopped crying they switched to a sadder scene loool

not surprised roy chiu won an award for his performance here because i don't think anyone could've played the role as well as he did. the way he looks at fl in this movie literally screams love and more love. he was definitely the star of the show. 

this was an ok movie for me tbh but for some reason i teared up at that one scene where fl was hiding under a blanket and ml pulled it off asking if anyone was home ??

korean remake of 'scarlet heart'.

"you bring color into my life" in the most literal sense

i cried so much in the last 8 eps. i know this could have felt slow to a lot of people but it definitely didn't feel that way to me, especially because i found it so well-connected to its prequel 'one and only'. 

i really enjoyed watching zsc and sy's relationship here. it takes on a very different form than what is usually portrayed in cdramas since it's so mature. to this day the bathtub scene still has me on a chokehold. the way he was able to be vulnerable with her was beautiful.  like 'hey ive been carrying all the weight of this world on my shoulders and im exhausted, can you hug me?' one of the most intimate and heartwrenching cdrama moments for sure imo. 

i don't think what they feel for one another can contained in one word 'love' because it's clearly so much more than that.
