Jeon So Min is currently in talks to become the female lead of the upcoming drama "Show Window"
According to multiple broadcasting officials on July 1st, Jeon So Min has been chosen as the female lead of the upcoming Channel A's drama titled "Show Window." The new drama is set to start filming in October and it will reportedly have 16 episodes.
Jeon So Min's agency King Kong by Starship confirmed that the actress has received the offer and she is positively considering it.
"Show Window" will narrate the story of a wife who unconsciously supports the woman who's having an affair with her husband. Other reported casts of the upcoming drama are Song Yoon Ah, Lee Sung Jae, and 2PM's Hwang Chan Sung.
Jeon So Min was offered to play the character of Yoon Mi Ra. She lost her parents in an unexpected accident as a child and has been unhappy ever since. She will then meet Lee Sung Jae's character Shin Myung Seop and they will have a forbidden relationship.
Further details about the series are yet to be revealed.
Jeon So Min is currently active in the variety show scene. She's a mainstay in two hit variety programs such as "Running Man" and "Six Sense 2."
The actress last starred in a drama in 2018. She worked with actors Kim Ji Suk and Lee Sang Yeob in the tvN drama "Top Star Yoo Baek." She was also part of the dramas such as "Cross," "Victory For Tomorrow," "Princess Aurora," and more.
Jeon So Min will also take part in the upcoming movie "Young Lady" with Hong Ye Ji, Kim Ji Young, Shin Eun Jung, Hwang Seok Jung, and Kim Mi Hwa.
