Secret Love Affair (2014)

Seok Won was found murdered at home. The suspect is his daughter Yoo Jin. Her mother Ja Yeong struggles to get Yoo Jin free and not guilty. The two of them live a normal everyday life but they’re both traumatized. Then one day, Ja Yeong meets Dong Ha and opens up to him.

It's also a love story about a young man fell in love with an older woman

Both film involve the wife have affair with another man. She was cautious at the beginning but slowly have feeling and totally fell in love with another man. Both film the husband was mean and abusive when he found out

Remind me of Kobayashi Katsuya, Sato Yuki & Nishihara Aki drama Shiro to Kuro....& still 1 of my favorite drama....If you like this genre this is a must watch drama/movie. Sato Yuki always adorable since Kamen Kabuto days.

Infidelity. Inner struggle to stay in marriage and not happy or change for happiness. Sexual content. Seductive. Strong main lead with high profile career.

both series are based on deception.In both series, the male lead is more quiet and abrupt.both series are supported by beautiful melodies and reflect the same feelings.in fact the most important resemblancethe characters of both series speak as if they were silent. basically their most important resemblance: they have yell and scream.

Seol Nae Il and Lee Sun Jae are genius gemstones with a bright future as pianists. Both pour their hearts in the piano without restrictions. They let their hearts play and they face the conformity and the coldness of the world.

They both have similar plot and themes such as the husband cheating and the wife having a younger man as a love interest.

Married woman, lust, connection, irresistible love, husband aware, emotionless, real life struggle, hope, confuse, frustration, society, future?

Both lead actors did a great job to bring out the depth of their characters. Theme of a cheating couple is obvious and similar to this drama. But, it’s taken to another level and does not feel as trashy as the current drama. Cheaters are not glorified in Secret Love Affair.

Piano connected two lovers. Emotional, passionate, beautiful. Talented, genius, supporting, through music, they understand each other without spoken words

A bit similar plot about younger ML & older FL who attracted to each other but FL already married but FL & ML had an affair. If you like this kind of genre is a must watch drama. Yamapii is an eye candy for sure.

Both dramas are similar for their cheating aspect, both FL's are not satisfied with the relationship they have with their husband, thus, looking or accidentally looked at another man that appreciates their value more as a woman. They did not find the "other" man, they just happened to be in the right situation at the right time, and the "other" man caught their attention. The difference is that H has a sad ending, but OTWTTA has a happy ending, though not seen, just implied. And another thing, H is kinda steamy, but OTWTTA is more conservative, I don't know how they did it, but it came out nicely and sweet. H is also sweet and nice, but more sexy in my opinion.
