Meh and bleh
This could have been really good with another set of writers. I liked the cinematography and the music was pretty good. The leads had good chemistry but that’s all that was good with this.I have read some reviews about the pacing and I completely agree with them, the pacing was just weird and felt convoluted. It just jumps from one thing to another. It felt like things were just going from 0-100 without any preamble, I have watched a lot of short dramas that managed to be cohesive, so it definitely wasn’t the length of time.
So Kang In Soo has been putting the moves on Yoon Sang Yi, I mean it wasn’t subtle at all, it was full on come get it moves, then Sang Yi kisses him and he bolts, really, make it make sense, all just to add unnecessary unneeded drama.
This had so much potential IMO but turned out to be something that wasn’t worth it at all to me.
Rewatch value 1/10
Overall 5/10 (And I’m being very generous)

A Feel-Good Series
This is a lovely simple story of almost instant attraction leading to love. It is different from other Korean BL series (of which there are not many) in that there are no fatalistic or painful roadblocks to hinder the fruition of love. And they made it a part of the normal makeup of living. And the added addendum to making this series so good was that these two can actually SING. They are professional singers and it showed. Their singing and the songs in this series were quite good. If you want to review my complete review of this charming BL series, please go to ppbongi.medium.com. Feel free to comment. A feel good drama and movie.
The cast Kang In soo, & Lee sang the chemistry they had was magical. , Su bin and baek seo bin wo 👏👏. I really loved this drama and movie was . I agree with alot of reviews. They are both amazing singer especially when emotions are flowing. I still don't understand how parents could blacklist there own child instead of giving him encouragement and approval. It's funny how he got thru his parents record comp. and almost made it. To bad it's not real-I would have changed names in hoo to sang ji and once album out add his name. 😊Atleast in soo could prove to his parents and himself that he was good enough to make it big. It also seem like that he was also fighting with himself about his sexuallity. This is also very stressful and his best friend could see it but could not help him as Kang in soo didn't talk about his troubles in life. Joonsang yi a very shy person who fall in love with Kang in soo immediately when he saw him busking and show the video to his boss. They get him to sign a record deal and due to contract sang yi moves into In soo house As they get to know each other insoo finally feel happy and comfortable for the first time in along time. There passion for music and understanding made them closer and kang in soo finally accepting his sexuallity. The cast was great. A must see. I watch both drama and movie👍🏻🙂🎭🎥👍🏻Considerați utilă această recenzie?

I wish I could give this 12 Stars
Wow! What's not to like here. As others have noted, I was left wanting more. Korean BL dramas are much more timid than the best from the Thai film industry, but they make up for it in better storylines and Hollywood-caliber audio mixing. On screen, "Wish You" never gets beyond a bromance, but the subtext for a deeper romance is all there. I think in 10 years Korea will be the leader in this genre. All of the actors are outstanding but Lee Sang as Yoon Sang Yi could have carried this drama all by himself. It's worth noting that while both leads are suppose to be the same age, Kang In Soo is 7 years older than Lee Sang. Let's hope there's a sequel with these two.
