Mixed feelings

Park hasn't let go of his guilt over Tin's father's death which wasn't his fault. IMO, it clouds his feelings for Tin too much. I don't know whether he can fully unravel them to figure out whether it's philia (affectionate love between family) or eros (romantic love) that he feels for Tin.

Phloen's crush on Tin is obviously the romantic type, and Tin likes the attention. Without Park in the picture, Phloen and Tin could easily become a couple. They have similar interests in the arts. They have sweet personalities. And Tin is open to learning more about Phloen.

As we get to know more about this tiny neighborhood, we get to know about the complexity of each of the characters' backgrounds. It's no wonder this tight-knit group of friends have stuck by one another; they have really needed one another and been there for one another.
