Moonlight (2021)

I recommend this both drama because , Male lead and Female lead
try to solve problem
In one drama explosion and another student murder/suicide

Of course there's a huge difference in the plots, but i personally find them similar in the male protagonist aspect. They are both writers with arrogant personality and family issues. The dinamics in the main relationship seem to be very alike too.

Moonlight is a chinese modern rommance comedy drama series starring Yu Shuxin and Ding Yuxi that you will definitel enjoy watching from start to end. The female lead is very bubbly, full of possitivity and have a very cheerful attitude toward life. Chuli, the named of the female lead star , Yu Shuxin (Esther Yu played by actress and singer is an editor of a publishing company and Ding Yuxi played the role of Mr. Fox is the writter of a book.

- Editor-writer relationship / first and second leads have book publishing jobs
- Co-habitation of main leads
- FL has very bubbly and innocent personality (but not completely naive)
- ML is kinda sassy
- Has competing publishing house
- No major misunderstandings between main CP

After graduating university with a major in financing, Chu Li successfully enters her dream company, Yuan Yue Publishing House. However, a challenging path lies ahead of her when she finds out that the publishing industry at this time has undergone huge changes. There she meets author Zhou Chuan, who is said to be gentle as a jade when he’s really not. The two are immediately at odds, with Zhou Chuan later discovering that Chu Li is his online friend, Monkey.

Both leads work together in some entertainment field and dislike each other immediately. Neither knows that they are online confidents and friends. Both MLs find out the FLs' identity first and keep it a secret for a while.

Moonlight is another drama that talks about the relationship between a rookie editor and a best-selling author. ML is an author and FL an editor.

It's the same type of love story (editor x author), but this has a sexual side to it. It's a nice show to watch when you're bored and it doesn't take that long to watch. It takes about 3 hours to finish.

- ML has an ego, always says mean things but is actually sweet
- ML is well-known and praised in his industry
- FL is a newcomer but tries her best and is good at her job
- FL is sweet and understanding but will not compromise
- ML and FL work together and start living together
- There is some sabotage in the workplace and there is a major competing company
- ML and FL originally had a misunderstanding
- ML quite obviously starts liking FL first (at least from the viewer's POV)

Now that I think of it the vibes (esp of the main cp) are really the same for both...can't believe I only now realized. You will definitely like the other if you liked this drama. LIS is on my top 5 of 2020 and Moonlight is on my top 5 of 2021. Second CP is completely opposite though.

- Both drama have a kind and strong female lead with publishing company background
- Both drama female lead admire the male lead's work achievement
- Each episode deliver about daily office work and colleagues interactions
- Both drama have a very succesful and rich Male lead and hard working female lead who chase after her dream
- Both drama have male lead who secretly become an online friend with the female lead
- Both drama have male lead with trauma from the past
- Both drama have lovely drama ost

Both have a sweet FL trying to make it in a new career path and circumstances that lead to cohabitation with the ML.

Both MLs are popular authors, both have an online connection with the FLs, both MLs find out the true identity of FLs first and keep it to themselves. MLs fall in love first, while FL likes somebody else. There's plenty of friendly bantering in both relationships. Both are sweet dramas.

Similarities:
- author-editor relationship (in SITT FL is copy editor)
- FL is bubbly and passionate
- ML is egotistic
- ML has broken relationship with father and father is a great writer

Differences:
- SITT is much more dark, slower paced, focused on character development
- SITT ML is more immature (although ML in Moonlight isn't very mature either)
