I am not rating this an 8 to balance poor reviews. I really liked it.

There are a few qualities to this show that I think are special, and I'll put it in list form to respect your time.

1. There are no toxic female characters. In fact the female character is very strong. She handles getting dumped like a boss.
2. The lead is openly and unselfconsciously gay from the start.
3. There are no manufactured crises thrown in for drama. The drama is all in the interaction between the characters. Although a real life crisis in the form of COVID torpedoes the ship and they needed to patch it up as best they could.
4. While there are screeching predatory trans characters, They're only in the first two episodes then disappear forever. I assume the producer sent back the script with a note to add more screeching predatory trans characters "because that's how it's done", and the writer hoped he wouldn't read the revised version past the opening eps.
5. No fem shaming. When there are screeching trans characters, the attractive boys are polite to them, and there doesn't appear to be any opprobrium attached to femininity.
6. People actually communicate when they have problems and conflicts, and they talk things through and find a way to forgive and remain friends. There's a character that likes another, then finds out the guy was in a secret relationship with someone else. The character's reaction was "If I had known, I wouldn't have burdened anyone with unwanted attention." I almost choked to death on a cookie when he said that. Nobody ever acts like an adult in these situations. Or, two guys are dating, a third boy that one of the couple knows walks by and there's a brief and awkward conversation. The other boy in the couple can tell there's something between them so he asks, and the first one tells him the full truth that he's a guy he used to have a crush on. I almost choked to death on another cookie. The usual formula would mandate a lie which is soon discovered followed by insane jealousy, sulking, and a montage of good times spent together with a sappy ballade blaring. The new bf is happy the explanation is so harmless and that's it. The exception to the authenticity of conversations is that people don't seem terribly curious about the god that lives in their house - I might have some questions about god life, and god friends & stuff.
7. Absolutely zero seme/uke dynamic - just two guys. It's so refreshing that they don't pigeonhole the characters.
8. No tropes. (a couple of them, but limited) No accidental kisses, no "I'm not gay, I only love one single guy (forever)", no agonizing over liking a man, no parents agonizing over their son liking a man, no falling so their faces end up too close together and they stare at each until they turn gay (it does happen once, but it's subversive), no evil girlfriend, no insane jealousy over their gay bf talking to a woman. Actually, there's almost no jealousy at all.
8. There are NO ENGINEERS.
9. Plenty of cuteness.
10. The main character has a certain something. Sort of an effortless manliness while still being boyish. He's a good actor - not a huge range, but he does what he does well, and he's never cringey. He also looks unusually good with his shirt off. He's a reserved character, but when he needs affection, he's adorable. And he has a moment of romantic aggression that's very wow.
11. It's not completely predictable. There is no possible way you could predict how it ends unless you read spoilers or have superpowers. Even the beginning parts - you think it's going to go a certain way, then you realize it's not, but it makes sense how it went.
12. When he's feeling heartbroken, Tae does something that a normal person might do, and has a normal-person reaction afterwards.
13. There's some funny use of classical music, especially Grieg's In the Hall of the Mountain King.

The bad qualities:

1. The production is average. Better than most low-budget series, but not to the standards of the mainline shows.
2. The acting is uneven. One of the main characters is good, a few of the other characters are good, but overall pretty meh. Cupid is such a naive doofus that he's charming and cute, but not a lot going on in the acting. He's not the same actor that was in the initial promos, so something went wrong somewhere.
3. The directing is not too good. It's fine for scenery, and it's clear the Chiang Mai chamber of commerce is a sponsor of the show, and maybe the tourism board, because there is a LOT of time spent walking around and going into random stores. But they also visit temples, which are interesting. You learn how to ff through things that bore you.
4. The subtitles are OK, but maybe take more effort to read than they should. It's not a dealbreaker, and it's 10 times better than So Much In Love, where I never did come to understand why the principal wanted to destroy a volleyball team.
5. Editing is not great. There are scenes that are too long.
6. The first episode is bad. They're lucky that many people stayed with the series. Confessing my shallowness, there's a good fifteen minutes of the main character showering and walking around in a towel, or I might have dropped it.

Not exactly a bad quality, but if you watch it, it's better to be prepared, You can skip this section if you want to just be surprised:

This was filmed some time ago, and was interrupted by COVID in a major way. It was originally supposed to be 10 eps, not 12, and sure enough, the main crisis happens in Ep 8, and then "poof!" They resumed production months later, and apparently a lot of actors were unavailable, so they had to make some big adjustments. They way they resolved the problem will not be to everyone's taste. As it was airing, some people were upset, but other people thought it was much better than before.

The acting and the production are better in the last four eps. The main character's hair is a lot different, but I liked it. He also wears more flattering clothes and it's a bit of a shirtless goldmine. A new character joins the cast who is super-cute and a good actor, with a lot of charm - he won most people over. The ending is not what you were expecting when you started watching, but it does actually fit perfectly into the story. This series is about the main character finding his soulmate, and there are suspects that aren't really viable and what the production chose to do gave it a lovely human quality.

Recommendation

So do I recommend it? Definitely, with some caveats. If you don't like it by the third or fourth ep, you probably won't enjoy it, but if that's the case, you can abandon it and move on to Ep 9, because the last 4 eps will make sense as a stand-alone romance that is sweet and special. But Ep 1 is pretty bad, so you have to look past that if you want to give it a chance. The people who liked this REALLY liked it - I've bonded with some fans over it. To me, Tae is gorgeous - not just his body, his face, those beauty marks, lips, personality, everything. In the last 4 eps you'll probably see it, due to the changes in his appearance. And I'll be 100% honest - I know that 1,000 Stars is roughly 100 times better than this show, but I looked forward to this more, because it just has a unique pleasant quality and 1,000 Stars stresses me out.

There are really wonderful and unique elements in this show, and if the next production by this company can fit them together in a more expert way, they could have a top-tier series.

Explanation of Ratings

Story: The plot doesn't deserve a 7, but the avoidance of tropes and the skillful post-COVID shift were impressive.
Acting: It's heavily focused on Tae, who is good & there's a good actor in the last 4 eps. Otherwise I would have rated it lower.
Music: Generally standard, a couple of good moments here and there that stood out.
Rewatch Value: I've rewatched a lot of scenes, so I gave it a high score.
Overall: The ratings suggest a 7.5, but I gave it an 8 because I liked it so much - that it drew me in and made me happy is a good thing.

THIS IS ME BEING NICE

Cute cast - check! Unique storyline - check! Good location - check! But what started out as a promising fantasy rom-com slowly fell flat, and then fell harder on its ass with that lousy ending. Im giving it a 6 out of 10 and this is me being nice!

The fantasy theme hooked me initially- after tens of high school and university themed BLs, I thought it was a breathe of fresh air. However, after the first episode when they tried to incorporate some cheap special effects, it became evident that they didn't really know how to utilize what was supposed to be its strength. The supernatural element was minimized that you almost don't feel it, until that brief moment in that episode when the cupid, Nite, disappeared completely (and that wonderful pink glow appeared again). By the end I was almost thinking if maybe the main characters Tae and Namwhan were just high on something and they just imagined the whole Cupid thing.

I love how cute the main actors were - Tee as Tae and Peace as Nite are so easy on the eyes and although the acting were a bit amateurish, i think they at least carried the show. Noey as Namwhan was also adorable and I loved that they didnt write the main female character as an annoying side show.

Also to be fair, although the story wasnt fully developed, I had a more pleasant experience listening to their lines - the script was written in a way that feels like the characters are real people, not actors acting in a drama.

Another good thing is the setting - Khon Kaen was such a wonderful background, and although at times it felt like a tourism ad, i still loved the way they showcased the city. Also, that brief moment in Chang Mai was mesmerizing to say the least. There was however, quite a lot of distracting establishments and product placements. I cant remember how many times they showed the Emma house model signage with its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 parking - i thought it was part of the cast.

I heard production was hindered by the pandemic, but I think what they should have done is waited a bit, to wrap the story properly with the same cast. The last episodes felt so detached and was filled with so many flashbacks to extend time- it was so obvious that they were just made to complete contractual obligations without really caring for whoever was left still watching.

And no, there was no real resolution to the story. When Cupid disappeared I was left heartbroken, and my heart hasn't healed properly, up to now. Id recommend skipping this one, unless you really, really need to watch something and there's no other option.

I don't know how to feel about this one

This series was...interesting to say the least. The way that it went in the final four episodes, I didn't expect it. But the company, I believe, did their best in the situation. Cause it can be clearly seen how different the first eight episodes are to the remaining four. We, the viewers, don't know the official reasons for this change. But we have a guess to why, which is actually plausible. Due to this, it shaped the series to the way that it is.

Story-6/10
Let me be honest. I had to put this series on hold after just watching two episodes due to the fact that it was not holding my attention to the other series that I was watching at that time. I came back and binge watch from three to eight- which, I actually liked. When we were introduced to the new Nite...I was flabbergasted. This was not how I thought that this series would go. I actually thought that Latte would have ended up with Nite1 and not with someone else. Was I in shock? Yes. Was I upset? A bit. Some people like Nite2...I'm still a little on the fence with him.

Acting-5/10
Some of the acting was good/okay. While some just had me..meh. So, for that I will give five out of ten.

Music-7/10
The song is like a frickin worm. It will play the first time and somehow get stuck in your brain and then annoy the heck out of you. Even now! That song is still stuck in my head!

Re watch Valu-3/10
I actually do not, unfortunately, see myself watching this series again. Like anytime soon. It was nice to watch to fill the lack of shows to watch on Tuesdays but there is no way that I will put myself through watching this series again from start to finish.

Overall- 5.5/10
Overall, it was an okaish series. If you have nothing to watch and want something to fill your time and can handle a draggy-ish series, I say give this a go. But to actually recommend this to someone to watch- I can't do that.

Were scenes clobbered together to make a series after the filming encountered problems?

The supernatural element in this series could have been used to tell an interesting story, but it ends up being redundant and even weakens the story.

Tae, who initially has a crush on Bhu, summons this angel of love (something like that) by chance. He decides to call the angel Nite, and predictably, Tae and the angel develop feelings for each other. There is some promise in this despite the predictability. There is even some nice build-up regarding how Nite is unable to stay permanently, so the question of how the romance will end up looms over the viewer.

Unfortunately, the disappearance of Nite is too abrupt. I don't just mean it's abrupt for the Tae in the story. It occurs too suddenly in the story and leaves a thick narrative thread hanging. To make matters worse, the disappearance is followed up with a very brief scene of Nite missing Tae in some heavenly realm, making one think that there would be more in the story about this angel. However, Nite the angel doesn't appear in the story anymore except as flashbacks and Tae's hallucinations. These flashbacks are perhaps added in to give the semblance of continuity, but they are counterproductive as they keep reminding us of the unanswered questions we have about Nite. (Then again, some episodes would be even shorter without them.)

After Nite's disappearance, a miserable Tae meets another guy called Nite and has a one-nite-stand with Nite2. Besides the name, there are things about Nite2 that reminds one of Nite the angel. Again, we get teased with a promise that there would be some continuation of the Nite1 story. However, those expecting some actual continuation will be disappointed. There is no apparent explanation for or purpose behind these coincidences.

Eventually Tae falls in love with Nite2 and overcomes his fear of kissing someone he likes lest the latter should disappear, so at least there's a happy ending. The series is not that bad if we look at different parts separately, e.g. if we pretend that the story of Tae and Nite1 is a different story from the story of Tae and Nite2. What makes the series rather weak is how everything is put together. It also doesn't help that Tee, the actor for Tae, looks like another character altogether with his new hairstyle. Because the scenes are not always filmed in the order they eventually appear in the series, the change in his image also affects continuity. The conspicuous loose end of Nite 1's disappearance is not tied eventually.

The other couple, Bhu and Que, appear quite prominently in the series at first even though their story does not strongly intersect with Tae and Nite1's. However, they seem to be largely written out after the disappearance of Nite1. There's some poor excuse for Bhu's brief re-appearance at the end of Episode 11 (repeated at beginning of Episode 12), which indicates an awareness of flaws in the story, but it does not salvage things. Perhaps some practical issues affected the filming, but the effects on the series as a whole are quite serious.

The differences in the length of the episodes also seem rather glaring—some episodes seem exceptionally short. Again, it is a sign that the filming process was affected by some unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, any attempt to salvage the series was not successful in helping it fulfil the potential it had at the start.

We are left with this strong sense that the story that we see is quite different from what was at first intended, and not in a good way.

Screams of agony could be heard down the street

Content warning: you'll want to claw your eyes out after watching...

What I Liked-
it had an interesting premise, a god of love tries to help a human
- the actors were cute
- the first few episodes were okay
- I liked that the female character wasn't some crazy ex-girlfriend or a stalker fangirl

Why I Got So Angry
- the terrible 2 kisses - Nite is the god of love so he has to know how to give/receive a kiss right?? right??? (me screaming into a void)
- the entire episode where Tae just moped around and there were flashbacks, so boring
- almost all of the cast vanishes in the last few episodes
- an unknown time later Tae is at a beach and meets a doppelganger of Nite (let's call him Nite 2). There is no explanation but we all assume that Nite 2 is Nite in a different body based on the ridiculous number of similarities (I was thinking an Ariel type thing). This drags out until....
- What on god's green earth was that ending???? Nite 2 specifically says that he is NOT Nite, whaaaaaaaaa?????!!!!!!!!! What on earth happened to Nite? Where did this Nite 2 come from? Who wrote this????!!!!!!!! I almost threw my computer across the room and I screamed in agony at that ending.

Perhaps they had to do 12 episodes and had problems with the pandemic. They should have paused filming OR just added 1 scene between Nite & that other god to explain that Nite needed to get a human to give him a 'true love's kiss' in a new body without revealing he is Nite. Then Nite could remain human and be with his true love (i.e. Ariel situation). Explain to me why this scene could not have been filmed and I'll up my review.

So much spoiled promise

Perhaps the first warning sign would be that today, the airdate of the final episode, the plot synopsis on this site continues to bear no resemblance whatever to the actual storyline that showed up. Perhaps the premise changed between pitch session and production but no one updated the plot summary? When it began airing, the My DramaList details announced 8 episodes--and indeed, Episode 8 is basically the finale to the first eight episodes. That was also the first day I saw the number of episodes had changed from 8 to 12--and episode 8 was so short one wonders whether elements of the "original" ending had to be cut to make room for the newly added episodes. The final four essentially begin a new story from scratch and aside from a few references, abandons the already-existing plotlines, characters, and actors. It even changes location by having the main character go on vacation for four episodes.

I've seen a few other posts that, like this one, were written within hours of watching the last episode the same day it aired. Their criticisms echo my own, so I feel little need to pile on repetitiously. (Clearly, we all watched til the end...so something here did work for us!) But I will echo another prevailing sentiment in these reviews: the premise of this series was endearing. Somewhere in this hot mess is the makings of a delightful tale of romance. For whatever reason(s), this production was unable to deliver on the inherent promise of its premise. One thing they did right--so much so it's almost a novelty in Thai BLs--was that the main character is unabashedly, unashamedly gay from before the series starts. More of that is needed.

Was Not Expecting to Like This As Much As I Do

Yeah, I'm surprised too, but I genuinely loved this series. For it to be a mediocre production, it gave what it needed to give. Was it perfect? No, very far from it, but it had a very impressive plot, with surprising turnouts that I rarely ever see in BL. The Cupid Coach demonstrated that little production can do it too.

Let's Dive In.

The Cupid Coach is a fantasy setting of a dude named Latte (or Tae) that has a crush on his college senior and with the help of his friend (sister? Aunt? Cousin? Relative? I honestly don't know who she is to him, so we'll call her his friend), Namwhan, he gets a lucky stone, wishes upon it, and a cupid appears to help with finding his love. Of course, the rest of the plot is pretty evident, except in some cases, it's actually quite unexpected how things turn out. But I love that this series does that, gives us something so unanticipated that by then, we're hooked cause the plot isn't what we were thinking it would be. Now was it because of COVID? Perhaps, since they did film during the beginning of it all, but it luckily led to a really pleasurable ending.

What I liked: Again, the plot. While seemingly basic at the beginning, it gets a lot better a few episodes on. You watch and think you know how things are going to turn out, but then get whiplash when you see that it's not like anything you were expecting. In the midst of the series, Nite (cupid) ends up disappearing after sharing a kiss with Tae. While Tae is in desperation to get him back, he takes time for himself and goes on a trip (the one that he and Nite were supposed to go on together) While there, he meets another guy named Nite, who has all the same attributes as the original, expect, he's human. While their one-nightstand wasn't the best way to go, they end up getting closer due to Nite 2.0's charisma and Tae slowly getting over Nite #1. You're thinking the entire time, "okay when is the original NIte coming back?" but he doesn't! And in a BL, it's very rare that the original love interest for the main lead doesn't end up being his LI in the end. So for me, it was a game-changer, especially since I liked Pak (Kaitoon in Love Area) a lot better as Nite rather than Peace who's acting was very bleak, and the only thing going for him was his smile and biceps. Granted, most of the cast was brand new, and their acting wasn't much better than moderately sufferable, but Pak came in and definitely gave the acting skills needed. I loved his overall personality and his charm. He really opened Tae's eyes into understanding that he was the realistic love he's been looking for. The ending was the best part of the entire series. Tae's too scared to kiss Nite 2.0 cause he's scared he'll disappear like the first one. But NIte 2.0 shows that he's there to stay as long as Tae needed him, and I loved that. The only things that weren't my favorite were 1, the drunk one-night stand, (I was kind of hoping NIte 2.0 would be like "no I didn't do anything, you took off your clothes in the middle of the night" but oh well), 2, their intimate scenes afterward weren't as bad as some others I've seen, but they were just so aggressive that it was a bit cringey to watch. and 3, they did fall in love with each other in a span of a few days, with Nite 2.0 giving off love-at-first-sight vibes. But who doesn't want a cute little vacation sweetheart?

More on the plot, I liked the fantasy aspect. While the CGI of the magic, and whatever godly world Nite went to were absolute trash, it still doesn't take away the excitement of it all. I just wish they actually would've done more with it. They utilize it so much at the beginning, but in the midst of the series, they stop entirely. I would've liked to see Nite causing more catastrophe with the use of his magic, more predictions, more transportation, maybe even others finding ut about who he is.

I liked that Tae was an already out and proud gay man. There wasn't that typical aspect of the BL story in which we have to see the realization of the main lead, the coming out, and all the extra that comes with it. Don't get me wrong, that part of a BL is one of my favorites, but here, it was nice to see that the main lead knew what he liked and wasn't ashamed of it.

Onto what needed some for-sure improving: Production was as mediocre as it gets, but the last few episodes, It gets way better, like weirdly better, as if they updated the crew and cameras and everything. Even them being at a very luxurious hotel was a bit off-putting (no bad, obviously, but weird) since their budget beforehand was noticeable from the sets they used. Anyways, before those last few episodes, the production was rough. The camera would be still, then all of a sudden there would be a jolt like someone accidentally hit it, or when they did move with the camera, it was super unstable. The subtitles were on drugs. If I were someone who needed perfect subtitles, I would've dropped by episode 3, and they sadly just get worse going on. Again, I'm not the target audience, but damn, they were just really bad, like have to pause to read again and try to understand what they're trying to say bad. There were some other nit-picky things, but this was obviously not top-tier work, so no use complaining. I did like the title sequence and the music though.

I know Nite was supposed to be a cupid (or god?) and so he didn't know all the mannerisms and things about modern humans, but he was still just too flat. Yes, play a quiet and reserved cupid, but still, there is a role there that needs decent acting. I won't blame it all on Peace since the script didn't give him much to work with either. I think the chemistry between Tae and Nite 1.0 wasn't very convincing. Besides Nite being cute and dainty, he didn't do much else. Sure, they had some cute moments, but the chemistry fell flat in most places. I think a better connection between the actors would've been a stronger point, but oh well. I believe they were supposed to be endgame, but because of COVID (even though we see Nite 1.0 at the end but whatever) something went haywire, and we ended up with what we got.

The fan-girls were aggravating. I skipped most of the scenes with them in it since I knew they wouldn't play an important role or move the plot along in any way. They are a nuisance and just annoying. Who wants a bunch of screaming and hollering and touching all the time? Which is a sad thing that they use these feminine men or trans women to even do this. They can also play main leads! Important roles! Not just be a group of obsessive and screaming fans.

One nit-picky thing. When the barista asked for a picture with Nite, we can't see him in the photo (which was a terrible technique they used, but that's a different story), but then later, when he, Tae, and Namwhan go to a field of flowers, she takes a picture with NIte with seemingly no problems, even looking at the photo and smiling. Again, nit-picky, but it's a consistency issue that bothered me just a bit.

Rating:

Story: 7.5 - Enjoyable at the least. I liked it way more towards the ending, which is where most of this score comes from. I don't really speak on Bhu and Que, but their relationship was just okay. Bhu got on my nerves half the time with wanting Tae to gain weight. Weird.

Acting: 5 - not the show's strongest aspect. Probably it's weakest. Pak added 2 stars automatically from just being the best out of all the cast. The weakest was Peace and Seua. At times Tee and Noey weren't all that great either. Everyone else was mediocre. The other 3 stars come from mostly me just feeling bad, and having hope that the cast will have more chances to grow and really showcase their acting abilities.

Music: 6 - I actually quite liked the OST. The rest of the music was the usual soundtracks we always hear.

Rewatch Value: 1 - Probably less than one if it could be. No chance I'm coming back.

I know I kind of go off, but, really, this series was decent. I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would, and I think there are others out there that can agree with me. I recommend this, just 'cause it's pretty sweet, and only took me a day to finish.

I definitely don't understand all the negativity towards this series....

I honestly don't understand all the negative reviews, etc. towards this series.

If you haven't watched this series yet I have two suggestions before you do. The first suggestion is keep in mind that it is forbidden for the god of love to actually fall in love. The second suggestion is make sure you pay close attention to everything Nite tells Tae about how this whole guide of love thing works, and also to the conversation Morganite has with Amethyst later on.

OVERALL: If you go in knowing the story isn't just going to be handed to you, it really is an awesome series and definitely not deserving of all the negativity and hate it gets. Personally I really hope this get either another season or at the least a few special episodes.

STORY LINE: This is NOT a series you can watch while distracted, you really have to pay attention to every minute of it or like many people you'll be completely confused for the whole back half of the series. This series doesn't spoon feed you every aspect of the storyline, the nuggets are there throughout the episodes, and if you've payed attention you're rewarded at the back half of the series with something really special. Don't be surprised if episode 9 throws you for a loop at first, if you've been paying attention to the prior episodes the pieces will fall into place rather quickly.

CAST: Tee Khunakorn Sunantham (Tae), Peace Nutchanon Juengdamrongkit (Morganite / Nite1), and Pak Chavitpong Pusomjitsaku (Nite2) were easily the three breakout cast/performances of the series.

Tee and Peace had probably the most awkward yet perfect on screen chemistry with each other that fit their characters and their development perfectly. They represented opening yourself up to the idea of love, not just a crush, and that first time of realizing you think of someone more than just a friend or a crush.

Tee and Pak unfortunately had the shortest amount of time together on screen as Tae and Nite2, but they had the on screen chemistry to pull off the "when it's the right one you just know" whirlwind from strangers to feelings part of the story.

I want to like this series, I really do :)

I'm not sure if I just watched this at the right time and in the right mood, but I actually enjoyed episode 5 quite a lot even though it didn't really move the plot forward much. It felt more like an excuse to show off some of the show sponsors but I still enjoyed the whole laid-back vibe and the constant fluffiness of Nite and Latte wandering around being all comfortable and content with each other. Nite reminiscing about the flowers that grow on his hill was quite enchanting.

The subtitles proved to be a bit of a letdown - it was almost like I was back watching 'So Much In Love' again with characters speaking but no translation appearing on screen. At one point in the scent shop, Nite put a flower bud (was it edelweiss?) under Latte's nose and said something to him. I would have loved to have known what it was because it visibly engaged the two of them into having a 'moment' together.

Now that Nite does appear in photographs I'm hoping against hope that it's because he's gradually turning into a real boy after all, but I know it's more likely that it's just a continuity error the writers forgot about, just like they forgot about Nite saying he doesn't eat food in episode 1.

I have to say I'm not keen on where Coach Bhu and Que's story appears to be heading. Their relationship is already starting to get complicated with Que's reluctance, to be honest with Nam and Bhu looking very much like he's going to try and force the situation. Latte's prime target for being dragged into the middle of that mess and I can see him being used as a jealousy foil. I hope not as he clearly wears his heart on his sleeve and is making it obvious that he's looking for a way to keep Nite with him (forever).

I'll admit the show must be doing something right because they've got me at the stage where I really, really want those boys to be together. I mean c'mon, they're just far too cute not to be!

Potential-ish

If you're looking for something hardcore sexual TURN BACK! If you're looking for a good story line GO AWAY! But if you're looking for something that's missing out on a lot of potential WELCOME! This was painful. Typical of a Thai BL to be a bit cheesy and tacky to the point it's cute lol As an experienced BL fan I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly. This could've been "well" but it's a bit of a flop. It's not even the acting (btw don't get too hyped for the kissing) it's the overall story that fell short like, into the trenches short. Namwhan was legit my fav character mostly cause I think everyone (especially women) can relate to her. I can see her becoming one of the New Queens of BL. ANYWAY there's visuals to look forward too but eh otherwise. I'd like to see the actors in other series perhaps though.
Enjoy...

Just Awful

I wish I did not have to say that this series is that bad but it really is. Mainly due to the production. It was just bad. It was amateurish and it sounded as if it was recorded in a kitchen with a bunch of children playing in the background. This story was surprisingly interesting as it morphed from Greek mythology to Thai culture. It could have been a very interesting premise but it fell flat with the acting only mediocre at best. That had to be because of poor direction and in incoherent screenplay. I felt really bad for the actors and actress. They needed more direction and coaching.
It did have a main character who was gay and not afraid or ashamed to say that. It also had a strong female lead and she was quite good. The actors are all so adorable and cute but wasted because they had no sense as to where this series was going or how to get there.
