Chemistry between leads are over the top

I remember watching the drama until episode 11 and got really bored. The front part of the story have lots of gaming and talks on aerospace which kinda bore me out. I decided to take a break from this drama and only came back to it a few weeks later. I started from where I left and surprisingly, the story got better.

The chemistry between Dilreba and Yang Yang in this drama is the best I have seen. Just their visuals alone is stunning enough to leave you in awe. The interactions between both felt so real I feel like I'm intruding on their privacy. The storyline was really good too. At least there were no breakups or miscommunication sort of things.

Definitely a must-watch if you enjoy romance drama! The OST is so good too! Only thing I don't really like is the colour grading for the drama. Felt a bit too bright? Idk how to describe.

Good drama

Just watched it and loved it. This is my first review and normally don't write it.
I watched it only because I was a fan of Yang Yang especially after I watched love 020.
I have to say this is a better drama. Great music and a good story. The story was different and it shows how you can find that one person that understands you the best.
The ost of the series fits the story line.
The only problem with Chinese and Korean TV series is that most of them have only one season and I hope they can consider making more of this series.
Ths is worth watching not once but a couple of times.

Unexpectedly emotional scenes, such as the second rejection, the wedding, and the successful launch of God Searcher, left a lasting impact and even moved me to tears.

Finally, the drama’s ending felt perfect, tying everything together in a satisfying manner.

Excellent Pairing, Yet Odd Tone

You Are My Glory is an odd mixture between mellow contemplations about careers, and romantic comedy in an opposites attract situation. While I expected levels of upbeat romcom similar to My Little Happiness, I didn’t actually see these type of moments until the last third of the show. The first part is very much dedicated to Yu Tu pondering his career choices and Qia Jing-Jing securing her contract. Do you see the two falling in love slowly with each other? Sure, but it is certainly not the driving force I expected it be. Episode eight through ten even spent much time in the aerospace sphere as Yu Tu and his counterparts attempted to fix an issue with a satellite. Maybe these episodes would resonate with someone interested in the field or hobby, but I found them to be rather lackluster and boring.

Once the leads began a relationship with each other in the last third of the show, it more than made up for the slow start and mellow mood. Yu Tu and Quia Jing-Jing, as portrayed by Yang Yang and Dilraba Dilmurat, truly had some excellent chemistry together. Their romance felt genuine and authentic as it evolved from cautious strangers to long time lovers. Honestly, I love the time skips interjected into the series to see their relationship deepen and mature. The two actors played long time lovers really well with tons of skinship. Their ending, both as a couple and as career-minded individuals, was completely satisfying and heartwarming.

as glorious as the title!!

I will keep this short...Most of the time when I see a hyped drama I start expecting a lot and more often than not it turns out to be disappointing or doesn't live up to the hype...for the first time ever I went in with a lot of expectations ( seeing the rating and hype surrounding the show) and came out 10x times more satisfied than I expected... I have no words to praise how beautiful and well made this drama is...this couple will go down as one of my all time favorite couples and I'm not exaggerating ...their chemistry is insaneeeee...if anyone is on the fence let me tell you not watching this will be a mistake as I'm cursing myself for not watching this sooner !! Absolutely brilliant !!

Decent drama

This was a surprisingly realistic (or as realistic you can get when one of the characters is a hugely famous pop star..), not over-the-top drama. The problems ML had in the beginning I could definitely empathize with. It had an easy-to-watch storyline and no dramatic conflicts with unrealistic villains and terrible communication. Both of the leads were mature, knew what they wanted, and really made their relationship work. While Yang Yang improved from his Love O2O days, his acting always felt very wooden to me. However, he had great chemistry with Dilraba and their relationship carried the show. I'm not sure if I would ever rewatch this but it was a sweet, romantic drama that wasn't too serious and fairly light-hearted.

Perfect drama with life struggles and realizing dreams.

I have waited for this drama to come out because it has my two most favorite Chinese actor/actress in it. I was pleasantly surprised of how well it turned out. The wait was well worth it!

Storyline - Was really well done. It is about the struggles Yu Tu had between real life and his dreams. He had a lot of growing up to do and changes to make to become a better person in his personal life as will as his job. Jingjing was a great support and perfect for him because she realized his dream and wanted him to accomplish it. Whereas his ex-girlfriend only saw the money he would make for her to have a comfortable lifestyle. She said he was selfish but she really was the selfish one. She tried to get back with him only when he was seeing someone else. He was her prize where as Jingjing was his support. I really liked how they both handled their exes. It did not drag out in cat fights and face slapping. This show is a more mature show in that sense. I really liked that.

Some places it dragged a bit but for the most part I really loved this drama. It was nice to watch the story and their love slowly unfold.

Acting/Cast - Yang Yang has been a long time favorite of mine. I have seen him in many dramas and loved them all. However, I liked this one the best. He showed maturity and a lot of sides to his acting I did not see in other dramas of his. He really showed his characters struggles and emotions really well. Dilraba is also a favorite of mine. She is a really great actress and plays all her roles perfectly. Their chemistry is really great! I really enjoyed their romance scenes. They acted natural and it was flawless. Made the heart melt!

Music - one of my favorite but again cannot find here in the States on Amazon. Most of the Chinese sound tracks are hard to find. There have been so many I have looked for and wish I could have. But it was great music and fit the drama really well especially in certain parts of the show.

Rewatch - Yes, for sure! It is at the top of my favorite CDramas list. It is a must watch!

Aqui temos a história de Qiao Jingjing e Yu Tu que eram colegas no ensino médio e nessa época ela acaba se confessando pra ele mas é rejeitada.
Dez anos se passaram e ela agora é uma atriz famosa e ele um engenheiro espacial, Qiao Jingjing é super segura de si e tem certeza que está no caminho certo, já Yu Tu está insatisfeito e receoso com a carreira que está seguindo.

Eles acabam se reencontrando através de um jogo online em que ela é endossadora mas que por sinal é uma péssima jogadora e, após isso vazar causa muita confusão na empresa então ela resolve contratar um professor e assim arma tudo pra conseguir bem seu companheiro de partidas online por saber que ele é Yu Tu (mas ele não sabe quem é ela).

Com essa situação acabam se reaproximando e ela se confessando novamente mas sem sucesso por ele sentir que não tem nada a lhe oferecer.

Em “You Are My Glory” não tem vilão, nem ninguém pra separar o casal mas eles demoram pra ficar juntos mas depois que o negócio realmente engata eles ficam uma fofura, não se desgrudam e tem química pra dar e vender.

Foi tão bom ver como eles se apoiaram nas dificuldades e decisões um do outro ?.

Não é por nada não mas a cada episódio que passava Yang Yang ficava ainda mais lindo, como foi possível eu não sei.
