Both actors played together as main casts in the series. They shared great chemistry in both series. Both series are Thai BL dramas, having a well written story. Of you love this series, you can go watch the other. Both actors played their role very well in both drama. Grey Rainbow is noth only entertaining but also educational. It spotlights the bitter truth of difficulties that LGBT couples are experiencing and Dear Doctor is a fictional story about the doctor and the grim reaper who have come acrossed once in their past.

Both have supernatural, grim reaper like figures overseeing and existing amongst humans and guiding them in their memories and deaths. Both have love story between a lead that's a doctor and the other that's a grim reaper or similar sort of figure.

Both Dear Doctor, I’m Coming for Soul and Spare Me Your Mercy are Thai LGBT / BL Dramas that have a doctor as one of the main lead characters. Both deal with death in their primary story line.

Both are BL love stories with a melancholy and poignant tone in which the couple met years ago when one was still a child and the other who he viewed as a big brother tragically died which continues to haunt the now adult child. However due to supernatural circumstances the two meet again, now the same age, and fall in love. Both dramas have a bittersweet ending.

Both of these dramas and novels have been written by the same author, Dear Doctor has already been released and hopefully Cupid will soon follow.

Both dramas are filmed in similar way, I was surprised that production teams are completely different. For me, resemblance lies in the fact that both dramas explore impossible love, and notwithstanding all difficulties, couples managed to spend time together as lovers.

Both dramas will make you cry, though plots are different, in overall they share soulmates love and reincarnation.
