While one is fantasy and the other is not, both have MLs are cold, overbearing CEO with a part trauma and both FLs are cute and endearing.

Both MLs are rich with trauma triggered by something specific (crowds vs. water). FL is a poor but spunky cartoonist.

MLs are rich CEOs with trauma who hire the FL (contract marriage vs. bodyguard). Both dramas have a similar tone and feel.
