the first episode
i actually read the first 60 chapters of the webtoon a few months back when i found out about it being adapted into a drama. They changed a few things [like the first meeting of jugyeong and suho, jugyeongs family situation] but overall its been very true to the webtoon and i genuinely enjoyed the first ep. Moon ga-young plays jugyeongs character wonderfully, eun woo on the other hand doesn't really show a lot of expressions, i'm hoping thats him staying true to suhos character of being the quite introverted kid.Considerați utilă această recenzie?

I love it! I don't read webtoons that''s why I don't know the story of True Beauty. Im looking forward to new episodes bc I am really curious about the story xD I know that this will affect me because I am very self-conscious about myself. For now, I like the series! It's really fun to watch as well. I am actually recommending this series to my friends because they are into k-drama too and I love having friends that have the same interest as me. funny & cute .. must watch!!
ive only seen two episodes (as there are only two up as of now) but it's a lot like the webtoon and i'm really excited to see what they do with this!! the characters are really similar to those in the webtoon and i love it so far. i found that eunwoo's character is a lot more interesting than his in my id is gangnam beauty and i can't wait to see what comes next :D i really recommend starting this, from what i've seen you won't be disappointed! i love the cast and the storyline is a lot more interesting than the one in the webtoon, as the story is partly more developed to show the story through the viewpoint of the different characters (not just jugyeong) and i love this because it gives the viewer a lot more to think about. i also love the ost, i really think the songs all fit :pConsiderați utilă această recenzie?
IT'S A WEBTOON INSPIRED K DRAMA
The k drama True beauty is inspired by a webtoon created by a Korean webtoon artist,I am a big fan of this webtoon and I'm really exited for this k drama,I really love the cast they chose and especially the fact that Suho Lee's role is being played by Cha Eun Woo.This drama is gonna teach you self love and how people love you the way you are and even in this materialistc world we find some people who don't judge you based on your looks,you are beautiful no matter what and you are loved,this drama is gonna be a dream come true and is gonna be a chef's kiss mark my words you'll fall in love with the storyline and I bet you are gonna love it. This drama is gonna take you too a roller coaster of emotions ,you'll find yourself laughing and crying watching this.This drama also emphasizes on this judgemental world and the cruel reality how differently people treat you when you are good looking and when you are not.Considerați utilă această recenzie?

Maybe just not my kind of series
Wait a minute, you telling me heavy make up can cover that kind of acne? I guess I should work on my make up skills.I personally believe that it’s ridiculous to treat people badly based on their looks seeing that we never get to choose our looks. If you are good looking it’s not an achievement since you didn’t earn your looks they are just a gift of Mother Nature. So I really did sympathize with the female lead for having to take all that crap from bad people just because of her looks. I just didn’t like how it seemed like her problems will be superficially solved by make up. I never got past the first episode so I can’t really say much about the entire drama.

A wonderful love trigle and fun drama.. Love it
It’s the first drama which i m watching while airing.. Normally i don’t wait for nxt episode.. So i watch when it’s finished.. But this time I couldn’t stop myself watching this.. ( Tnx to the Fan pages Of IG ?)So basically it is a funny love Triangle drama...
Both Main Male Leads ( Cha eun woo and
hwang in yeop) are so handsome and amazing actor.. They are giving their best.. And honestly that's why iy is very hard to make a choice between These two... [ like YOU can say harder than your Math question ? ]
Then about the main lead..there is nothing to say much.. Moon ga young has also done her part nicely..
And i hope you Won't be disappointed with this drama.. Bcoz this story is not fully a webtoon.. So you Won't be bore...
