It has the same consept of,the Female that gets into the game but then where it differs is the goal. In MDDYA She get into the game Accidentally but in To Get Her, she went on her own to save her Boyfriend

I have nothing to say much as usual but, I watched both dramas and the female lead is funny and good at attracting people.

Accidentally in Love is a prequal of To get her because AIL came out on 2018 and both dramas are about music. Actually the male lead loved music in Modern and Ancient time so much even after he time travelled in a video game.
