Princess at Large (2018)

same theme modern girl soul switch to a body and marry prince how their relation develop its interesting to watch

First of all I would say these 2 dramas are short and they jump straight to conclusions. And obviously I think that the drama should be extended to more episodes because there are many left out points in the male and female romances. These 2 dramas should have more Official Soundtracks to enhance the drama so the drama would be more interesting. And finally all I gotta say is that the drama at the end does not have a happy ending in my case because the female lead was left alone or there should be Season 2 explaining more. The main question is "did they really end up together?"

Both male and female lead are good looking and they match well in the chemistry. The female lead are doctors or pharmacists in ancient times and their main goal is to cure the prince's illness. Both female lead was force to marry the male lead and was confused about their identity. Male lead always saves female lead and was faithful to the female lead the whole entire drama or I would say he's loyal in NOT wanting another consort/2nd wife.

Both are dramas with a modern day FL who finds herself in history.

Both are rather short and lighthearted historical drama from China. I watched I'm a Pet at Dali Temple first and watching Princess at Large reminded me of it and gave the same feeling.
Both dramas have female leads that travel back in time and both male leads have a medical condition that the female lead helps them with and throughout the drama they fall in love.
Also both were subbed by Lan Lan on FB.

i recommend Mr.Queen because in both drams the common thing is time travel the difference is in princess at large FL body swap but in mr.queen ML body swap with FL

Modern day FL faints and finds herself in the past. ML seems cold at first but is intrigued by her and both fall in love.

Modern day/future FL travels to the past and falls in love.

Both are lighter dramas with a FL who comes from a different world and enters the body of a girl who has died, taking over her life. ML is royal, suffers from some medical condition, and is initially antagonistic/threatening toward her, but she is the only one able to help/cure him. There is scheming within his family to replace/kill him.

FL travels from modern day to historical times. ML is unique in some way (strange illness vs. being non human) and intrigued by the FL before he falls in love with her.

Both are shorter than usual historical dramas in which the FL is a calm and intelligent doctor. Both dramas have a similar tone and feel.

FL enters the body of another girl and must live her life. Main couple clash/dislike each other at first, but later fall in love.

Modern day FL time travels to the past, falls in love with royal ML.
