Joy of Life Episode 13
Fan Xian and Teng Zi Jing are ambushed by a huge martial arts master from Northern Qi. Teng Zi Jing sacrifices himself for Fan Xian swears revenge for his good friend. The assassin is brought to the Inspection and Control Bureau for questioning, but is then released by the 1st division head for political reasons. The Emperor is disappointed in his sons and waits to see how Fan Xian handles the release of the assassin.
