both female leads in Joseon Survival and Live Up to Your Name are doctors, and they are both a time traveling drama

Both dramas have a time travel aspect and I feel like the reason as to why they time travel are very similar. *SPOILER ALERT* I wouldn't necessarily say this is a spoiler but, you know, just to be sure. I feel like the reason the characters in both dramas are experiencing time traveling is because it will help them realize what they value most in life and pursue it.
Both dramas are also focused on job occupations (though one is about doctors and the other is about police officers).

Live up to your name is a brilliant time-travell story, where the renowned Joseon era doctor Heo Jun ends up in modern Korea.

The two drama had an almost similar plot that is a doctor time-slipping between two different time periods. But in JIN's case, it was a modern doctor who ended up time-slipping towards the past. To be fair, I would've recc Dr. Jin that was a Korean adaptation of JIN for the sake of sticking to the same Korean setting but I might as well recc the original instead.

Man time travels from the past to the future, meets and falls in love with a woman. They then have to figure out how to untangle the mysteries/dangerous events of the past and send him back to where he belongs.

A modern doctor and a Joseon era acupuncturist (his name written down on history) travels between the past and present time. They each learn more about modern and traditional medicine from their experiences

Historical ML time travels to present day and meets modern day FL.

The female lead lives in the modern Republic of Korea, while the male lead lives somewhere more outdated and dangerous. Both have travelled between their 2 'worlds'. Especially at the end of both dramas, when they have to go their separate ways and the main lead has to return to where he is from.

These two South Korean dramas have time-travel fusion things, beautiful pairing and amazing lead actors.

Both series talk about time travel and how it works as a way for ML to become a better person.
Funny "fish out of water" moments and sequences due to the new world that ML is discovering.
Both MLs are sometimes goofy, childish and clumsy, sometimes serious and mature. Both have a somber side too and have a great evolution.
SML has been a friend of FL since childhood.
The main couple have many swoon worthy moments in both series.
Both series talk about health problems of the elderly.

Both dramas are about a historical ML(s) finding themselves in the modern present day and adapting to the world with the help of the present day FL.
