ADDICTING KDRAMA NAM SHIN 3 FOREVER !!
This is the 3rd time I watched this drama in my life and this drama has always have a special place in my heart, among with I am not a robot Circle , Move to Heaven , My husband Oh Jak Doo , Love in the moonlight, Signal , Mr. Queen and many more Forever Favorite K Dramas I have, this will never be not included ! I can clearly remember how I felt when I first watched this way back 2019 , from the first episodes I got excited and thrilling what's gonna happen next bonus was the adorable brown eyed leads Gong Seung Yeon and Seo Kang Joon ! they became one of my Favorite Actors since then and now that I finished re watching this again, all of those memories came back and I am so happy and in tears, this drama is one of the reason why I am so addicted and K drama is a part of my life.STORY
Thrilling, Exciting, Amazing that's what I ever think about it terms of the story of this drama, Oh Baksa creating a Robot that looks like her Son, those Idea is what makes me excited and this kind of genre is what I am really into ! I am always excited what's gonna happen next in this drama and how So Bong fell in love in a robot, Okay, so many people are thinking that this is an absurd Idea, a Human falls in love with a Robot, but the Idea of this drama is that this is a Robot that is like a Human, enough to act and pretend to be one ! and is it possible? yes ! in this drama ! so why do people expect that this will be like in the real life when this is a fantasy drama or a Sci Fi drama ?! Do they really understand what does Science Fiction means ?? Okay going Back, Kang So Bong's tendency falling in love with a Robot that is a Thing is I think has a same tendency with me, I mean if a Robot is like Nam Shin 3 it is not impossible for me to fall in love with that thing ! I really like the fact that Nam SHin 3 has to pretend to be the Human Nam SHin and secure the position at the PK Group while Kang So Bong and Nam SHin 3 overcomes all the trial with Mr. Seo , the suspense here is a Blast, whenever Nam SHin 3 almost get caught--that he is not the Human Nam Shin and the Romance is so good too ! just enough for a Sci Fi Drama. I am just a bit sad that in the later part Human Nam Shin seems to be the bad guy until Oh Baksa dies. I understand him for being annoyed to his mother for leaving him but it was him who want his mother go away in the first place ! at the beginning episodes right ? so he is really acting immature here and everything he did to Nam Shin 3 is really bad. Nam SHin 3 is an Angel and A dream guy for me ! I really want to have a robot like him. I wish I have a Robot Lee Je Hoon. I remembered the Part where David Told Human Nam shin that the Abilities of Nam SHin 3 -- the lie detector, the Disaster mode and the Hugging rule is Nam Shin humans real personality so Nam Shin 3 is really Human Nam shin ! and it was sad that he treated him like that but for some reasons I understand.
The Plot Twists is everything in this drama ! like every thing what we viewers thought was not everything ! love the fact that there is always a behind of everything that has happened and those were really fast that some times I tend to not believe and even some times I get Confused as Kang So Bong if that was the Human Nam Shin or the Nam Shin 3. I cried in this drama specially when Oh Baksa Died and Nam shin 3 has few hours left before the Kill Switch. All in all super love the story , love the suspense the romance the thrill EVERYTHING !
ACTORS/ACTING
Seo Kang Joon is a Legit one of the good actors of Korea , like could he ever do those fast changing of facial expression, He was really able to portray Human Nam Shin and Nam SHIn 3 like he was a different person ! I am so impressed. Gong Seong Yeon so love her and She is so beautiful! If I were her everything she did I will do also ! Love his Family and the two HyeongJe she has . Mr. Seo was so great also ! love his facial expression , Love Oh Baksa , she reminded me of my mother in the last part, Love David ! love everyone here !
OST/MUSIC
It is 2024 and the songs here still breaks my heart and brings me back to the world of this Drama ! love the sound effects
OVERALL
Addicting K drama ! 10 out of 10 for me! this drama is the reason why a single like me find happiness , this will be forever my comfort drama and gonna miss them Nam SHin 3 forever and Kang So Bong . I wish I will be Kang So Bong here and be with my Robot forever and surely will re-watch this one many many more times in my life 안영 남신 3 ! 안영 강소봉 !

Amazing!
I Freaking loved this Drama. I was really excited when I saw a clip and realized it was a syfi drama with (robot/AI Love). I don't know what it is but I really love these types of dramas and this one was Amazing! I was immediately hooked from the first episode, my heart went out to Oh Rora, as a mother I cannot imagine what she went through. I just had this foreboding feeling that she was going to experience so much more pain later on. Our ML or MLs were absolutely Fantastic! Like I'm just so wowed by Leo Kang-Joon's acting. He did such a wonderful job of playing Nam Shin the Human and Nam Shin the AI. It was seriously like he was two completely different people. I absolutely hated Nam Shin the Human and Loved Nam Shin the AI. I was completely blown away by just how great a job he did with the two characters. The story was unique while at the same time predictable, it kept you watching for more. And I don't mean predictable in a boring way I mean predictable like you knew since this incident happened what was going to follow type of things. An exciting type of predictable. This Love is an all consuming one! Our FML was also wonderful , she really grew a lot throughout the show. I also loved how much humor was in this. It was crazy how you would be on the floor laugh so hard and then just a bit latter you'd be clutching your chest! I highly recommend this. I finished it from start to finish all in one day!Considerați utilă această recenzie?
Though you have to forgive the inconsistencies in how the robot was depicted and/or acted in some situations.
The male lead is so good-looking.
I found the female lead's character interesting in the earlier episodes but annoying towards the end, especially when she became overprotective of the robot than of human life. Probably because she's too much in love. But such love affair is too weird and creepy.

I loved how thought-provoking Are You Human Too? I had so many conflicting thoughts throughout the drama about robots, AI, and humanity. My main issues were that the last few episodes disappointed me and there was a lot of wasted potential with several characters. Yeong Hoon was my favorite character, and I would have liked to see more of his relationship with Nam Shin. Ye Na had the potential to be different than the cliched obsessed-with-male-lead character. Even So Bong's character towards the end seemed a vast departure from her character in the beginning.
I confess, I was more interested in and loyal to human Nam Shin's storyline. I feel like his character had the potential for so much depth, and we saw a bit of it through flashbacks but he deserved so much more because all that he had to endure for 20 years. The final episode felt too rushed to me.
Also, I loved the OST song by VIXX.

Mi è piaciuta anche la protagonista femminile, Gong Seung-yeon, già vista in My Only Love Song.

But, the effects are really good, and the main leads have a very nice and fun chemistry. I think it really does cause the viewer to wonder what their stance is about falling in love with a robot, but a beautiful robot like Kang Joon is. It changes your stance and views on whatever you think you can love. It's an interesting watch for romantic comedy fans and sci-fi fans.

A solid drama
Overall, this is a solid, enjoyable drama that I would recommend to anyone who likes romances where one person is human and the other is not. I'm really impatient and only fast forwarded a little and I finished the show, but it had some issues.Cast: This was my favorite thing about the show. The cast was excellent, especially Seo Kang Joon and Lee Joon Hyuk. SKJ really killed the 2 performances of Nam Shin 3 and human Nam Shin. You could see in his mannerisms, expressions and even how he walked exactly who was who. LJH had great chemistry with him which was remarkably different whether SKJ was playing NS3 or human NS. The other members of the cast were great too, although some of the characters were a little flat, I still think they all did a good job.
Writing: The unfortunately was my least favorite part of the show. It wasn't terrible, but there were 2 big issues that stood out for me. First, the pacing was way off, especially at the end of the show. There were times when it felt too rushed and other times where it dragged too much and it felt like it would be pretty simple to fix just by moving around when things happened. Second, the female characters where not super well written. They mostly came off as annoying and one dimensional, which is a real shame. The male characters were much better which is unfortunately a common issue.
Music: Was fine, didn't stand out.
Rewatch Value: I might rewatch it someday but I think the rewatch value is just ok.

Extremely good drama! It's a story that has a hint of sadness following it but the comedy in it suppress that. The ending brings it all out it a beautiful tragic way but don't worry though, it still has a happy ending! My one complaint is the the story definitely drags a lot. Once the human Nam Shin wakes up, the ball truly starts to get rolling. It's a story thats a story with a It has a satisfying ending. The Female lead could be heartless at times but she eventually redeems herself in the end. If you need a slight melodramatic drama with a strong FL I recommend this! The plot is fast moving and contains many layers of questions that keep you watching (can a robot be a human? can a human fall in love with a robot and vice-versa? who will end up running the company? who will be left standing at the end?) The plot is unique in covering some moral/ethical concepts around duty, responsibility, and doing what's right. There's also enough humor to break up the mood. This drama is NOT for anyone who likes clever intrigue/thriller/mystery plots - no one acts in strategic ways.
The show succeeds due to Seo Kang-jun playing both Nam Shin and Nam Shin III (robot) as different personas with different tics/habits, and mannerisms. He is distinct and electric in both roles. Lee Joon-hyuk as Ji Young-hoon plays his role as pragmatic, corporate strategist with hidden motivations extremely well.
Everyone else fades in comparison.
Music was fine, there are some great rescue scenes to rewatch.
I grade on other criteria as well:
Complex Themes - 9
What qualities make a human being a human? Can a robot prove to be more kind, generous, brave etc. than a human being? What do we owe to each other? What makes a family? Can emotional/psychological abuse turn a person into what they hate the most? (Not a 10 as these themes are not followed all the way through to the end)
Character complexity/evolvement - 7.5
Characters have complex backstories and motivations, and the story will revisit plot points from different points of view. However, they act in very sterotypical drama ways. In the end, they are the same characters as in the beginning.
Complex roles for women- 5.5
The women while supposedly in high powered roles/very strong people, just act like one-dimensional plot points. Almost 100% of their dialogue is devoted to the men of the show.
Production budget/cinematography - 7.5
Competent enough that you believe he is a robot. Camera angles/shots/cinematography is very bare bones. Fashion for the men is competent, but for the women is terrible.

But after a few epsiodes the bad writing became obvious to me. I guess I would have enjoyed it more if it was more character driven and would have fleshed out the characters more. What makes the evil guys be evil? I thought even with the unique premise did the story contain lots of clichees and overdone tropes that made the drama feel kind of old.
The acting was cute and fitted the drama and the robot did feel like a robot.
One part of the watching experience is also the music that goes along with the drama. I found the music to be pretty generic and at one point some songs got a bit annoying. K-Dramas have the tendency to overuse parts of their OST, especially the dramatic ones.

Robot-human romance drama that will give you the feels and chills
Sci-fi romance drama that earned lot of internal screams from me. I love how exciting the story was made and it was very consistent from beginning to end unlike other dramas that will catch your interest in the first few episodes and fails you towards the end.I wasn't really expecting anything much on this drama since everything seems normal, even the female lead is a new face to me. I was just really hooked with the plot premise of an AI and human love story and I keep getting anxious on what kind of ending this drama will give me. Thankfully, it didn't disappoint me at all.
If there's something that I really loved on this drama, it was Kang SeoJoon's praise-worthy portrayal of jerk NamShin and NamShin3. There was this look on this face that I didn't confuse the two of them. As soon as I saw his expression on the screen, I know for sure if he's jerk NamShin or the robot NamShin3 which is not an easy feat for any actors/actresses. The female lead is kinda so-so for me. The first few episodes gave a bad impression of her for me. The other supporting leads actually made the plot more interesting making you wonder on which side are they leaning.
The first few episodes setting is so picturesque. I'm not sure though if they really did the shoot on Czech Republic. I just love the ambience I guess. Even the houses featured emit different attitudes.
Overall, this drama is pretty much average but the consistency made me love this drama. It keeps my interest going without failing me. I didn't need to binge-watch the drama to appreciate it because it's easy to pick up where the episode ended. This is definitely a recommended drama for me.
P.S: I edited the rating because I realized how much I loved this drama because I kept thinking about it even if it's been months since I watched it. I keep singing it's OST as well.

An Enjoyable Watch
【Story】6.5The premise of this drama is fun and exciting. Though I find the implementation of that premise to be a mixed bag. Over all broad view it's a great story, with a lot of excitement. I really like the story beats, as well as the twists and turns the story takes.
Sadly, the path to to these story beats is marred by the writing. This drama heavily relies on character emotion to drive the story forward. But, it uses this tool like blunt weapon with no grace. Characters will often do something irrational, with no plan or purpose behind their actions, using emotion as an excuse. This is hard to explain without spoiling anything, but the best example of this comes as soon as episode 2, between the male lead and the female lead, and continues throughout the show.
【Acting/Cast】9
I absolutely adore the cast in this drama. Every casting choice feels spot on and everyone really embodies their roles.
I'm knocking off a point for Park Hwan Hee crying scenes. They just feel uncomfortable because of the bad fake crying.
【Music】10
Nothing much to say about the music. It is used when it is appropriate and the music fits the scenes.
【Rewatch Value】3
Once you have watched it once, I don't think you will get anything new from a rewatch. I also don't think it would be all that enjoyable once you know the story twists.
【Overall】7
It is an enjoyable watch, but don't expect it to be life changing. If you are like me you will enjoy your time watching this show, but will also be annoyed with the way every most actions seem to have no real rational behind them.
