The male lead in both shows are in a position where they hold a lot of mystical power, and the female in the current lifetime the TV show is set in doesn't remember her past with the male lead.
All in all both dramas are very similar.

The FL love the ML. After being hurt by ML. The FL reborn/shed mortality and wants nothing to do with the ML. The ML chases after the female. Like the book "Flipped".

Both stories have the leads love each other and then the FL changes. Even though she has changed enough that no one else believes the FL is the same person, the ML still still believes she is even when others try to make them doubt this. And.... he still loves her. Also children are involved lol

They are completely different stories and different genre but the same five lead actors in Storm Eye are also in Eternal love. Storm Eye is a modern drama while Eternal Love is a period drama.
Storm Eye synopsis:
A story about a team of agents is told from the perspective of An Jing and Ma Shang. Showing no fear in their mission to uphold justice, these officers work hard to protect national interests.
Ma Shang is a national security agent who receives a special mission to trail a spy from beyond the borders all the way to Shuangqing City. While performing surveillance work, Ma Shang discovers that the spy is but a small fry in their grander scheme of things and that their goal is to steal the top-secret research of Huading Group. Due to extenuating circumstances, Ma Shang is dispatched directly to Shuangqing to collaborate with the city bureau in commencing an investigation under codename Storm Eye. As a team is formed, Ma Shang, realizes that the local team leader is none other than his high school classmate An Jing who had left ten years ago without saying goodbye.

Eternal Love synopsis:
As the free-spirited youngest daughter of the Fox King, Nine-tailed Fox Bai Qian is brought to Kunlun Mountain as a disciple of the God of War, Mo Yuan. While studying there, a war breaks out that leads to Mo Yuan sacrificing his life to seal a demon lord.
Seventy thousand years later, Bai Qian attempts to also sacrifice herself to re-seal the demon lord but is instead thrown to the mortal realm where she loses all her memories and divine power. Living alone on a remote mountain, Bai Qian saves Crown Prince Ye Hua of the Nine Heavens, who is actually her fiancé in Heaven and greatly resembles the late Mo Yuan. The two start falling in love, not knowing the true identity of the other person and their love tribulation that involves them meeting in three different lives and three worlds.

Both of them is Xianxia drama and both of them is about heaven mortal and demon realm
Eternal love is also a interesting drama it's worth to watch it

Both drams have a strong male lead and a female lead he love dearly and protects her, he is somehow smarter and conning in order to get what he wants from the female lead. In both drama there are various romantic scenes that are quite speacial and uniqe. EL in my opinion is much better in every aspect, but TOYOL somehow gives the same feeling.

Miss the Dragon's plot is somewhat similar to the mortal trial part of Eternal Love. Both are xianxia romances with immorals, reincarnations and life trials.

2 leading couples have a age gap (. 1 couple lead bai quian and second couple Dong Hua dijun.
3 cold male lead (male second lead Dong Hua)
4 love path full of grieve and obstacules -Bai Qian and Ye Hua.
5 doomed and dark fate - Dong Hua and Feng Jiu.

i dont have a review but the show is kinda it has a strong female character she knows martial arts she was an orphan and then a slave and then a secret agent

The master-student relationship storyline in Pearl Eclipse reminds me of Si Yin and Mo Yuan in Eternal Love. But EL was tragic....I really hope this isn't.

They both include supernatural beings and trials they must go through. Also includes romance. The difference is that Eternal Love is historical while A Korean Odyssey is modern day.

Both star Yang Mi as the lead female and she is as good as expected.

Both have enduring love as a main theme. There's even a separation of our OTPs with both EL and YAMS. Also a forced/contrived cohabitation after finding each other again.

In both you can feel our OTPs almost unbearable pull towards each other. Male leads in both have amazing chemistry with Yang Mi's characters and both can be forceful and imposing(kissing scenes in both the drama and the movie was scorching) but show their gentle sides too. Huang Xiaoming and Mark Chao both have the most amazing jawlines though Mark is undoubtedly the better actor.

EL had the best soundtrack I've heard in a while but there is also YAMS' OST: Silent by Na Ying that stood out. If you're still hung up over EL give YAMS a try if you have 2 hours to spare.

- Female lead initially loves another but her true love is the male lead.
- Male lead totally and devastatingly in love with female lead.
- Male lead never ever deviates on his love for her, or cheats. He's a one woman man.
